Look at the color of the button on the igniter you are replacing. If it's BLACK, buy the 7509. If it's RED, buy the 7510

My Silver B is 2003 or newer. Igniter 7510 has a red button, not black 7509 which has the lock nut.

We had previously purchased a replacement from a local hardware store and it had a threading and would not fit.
I have a Weber Spirit Model E-210/310 or SP-210/310. S/N NT6103078 and wanted to be sure I am ordering the correct replacement part. Thanks.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by kit This one was not like the original. I decided to change it out. It is a good product but I preferred another type. June 29, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Replacement Igniter for 2000 Weber Gas Grill The part fits perfectly. Removing the old igniter and installing the new igniter took about fifteen minutes. I'm surprised that I could still get parts for a sixteen year old gas grill. June 14, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by inexpensive fix Worth replacing..these tend to crumble after a bbq'ing season. at $10 a shot, worth replacing. June 14, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Genuine Weber Part Works fine replacing worn original -- new ignites on first press where old one took several tries. Make sure you order the right part for your grill. One version has a black button, one has a red button. June 24, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Cheaper at HD than from Weber The quality of these igniters are not as good as the were originally. The original igniter in my Weber Silver series grill lasted several years, the new ones now only seem to last a couple of years. That being said, the price of a replacement igniter is cheaper purchasing from Home Depot, rather than getting a replacement from Weber. These are not sold in the store, I order online and have sent to my local Home Depot. May 17, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by BBQ igniter kit Easy install with clear directions. works like a champ at a good price. What could be better. May 3, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by It's Weber. Exact fit. Took 5 minutes to install. What can I say it's Weber. No problems March 29, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Perfect Update for my BBQ This ignitor was the exact replacement for my terribly worn out ignitor. My Weber bbq is so old that I didn't think I could get a replacement for it. I love that it is made by Weber and not a knock off because it fit exactly like my old one did. Installation was easy with a good set of instructions. You can never go wrong with any Weber products!
