I have been using these pans for years in my Weber kettle as a drip pan underneath a turkey using the indirect method. They held up to tremendous heat. Well I also have a Weber natural gas grill on our deck that gets plenty of use all year long. A few years ago I started cooking breakfast on the grill. Bacon is messy in the house so I took one of the Weber pans for a trial. Worked great. The sides are nice and strong. That's important when you have to drain the grease during the cooking. A regular cake pan from the store would bend and your bacon would be on the floor. I have had good luck with these Weber pans. Now I have added other things to use the pans with. Some good Italian sausage with peppers and onions. Look good?

Nice sturdy drip pans. a must if you are indirect grilling with fatty mean.

I've used these pans for food prep and storage. They're a good size for making family-sized entrees that can be frozen and thawed later for a meal. They're a good thickness and excellent value when compared to similar pans at the grocery store.

These are wonderful drip pans when using a grill or in the oven. I cook many chickens, turkeys and roasts on the Big Green Egg. Just throw the pan away when finished. No more scrubbing, washing and drying a cook pan. Great addition to the tools of BBQ.
