Happily spent the $52.99 (no military discount on product) in hopes of having it for years to come-this was my third "premium" grill cover but my 1st Weber Grill Cover. When I took it out of the box I noticed that the material felt crinkly which was odd to me since premium covers are made with a heavier material that does not crinkle and only creases with time. Atlanta had cold weather come through the past two days, the lowest being about 9 degrees without the wind chill. I pulled out my Spirit E-210 (the older model from 2010) to grill anyways but left the cover off when I was done cooking. When I went to put it back on this morning, I noticed that the material felt really crinkly and there were white creases all over. Then I spotted a small tear and returned it right away. I had the cover from Thursday Jan 2nd to Thursday Jan 9th. If you are still considering this product please take it out of the box and feel the thin material for yourself then feel another premium cover and compare. Weber did a good job of disguising this cheap product. BTW, I love my Weber grill just not this cover.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by TommyBoy Hold the presses on my previous review...Call Weber if you have problem with earlier version of this cover
I just wrote an honest, but negative review of the earlier version of the Weber Premium Grill Cover (now discontinued). This cover is the one that has zippers allowing the cover to expand allowing the cover to be used with the sides extended on the grill.
Mine did not last a year before cracking and holes appeared and decided to look up my purchase date and call Weber as I saw it has a limited 3-year warrantee. Weber is well aware of the problem and now uses a different vendor and had discontinued the problem cover. All you need to do is supply the serial number of your grill and the will send you out a replacement cover at no cost. So... great customer service by Weber and standing behind their product.

This is a good cover for your Spirit 300 grill. Quality seems good and durable. Does not have straps to hold cover, but if partially zipped makes it fitter at the bottom.

What can I say, it's a grill cover?? Very simple. No assembly. Nice feature which I didn't expect - zippers allow you to use the cover with the side tables up, or zip smaller and user cover with tables folded flat without extra bulk hanging around. Clever.

Okay, Im exaggerating but every time I pull off or put on my new grill cover I am happy! I've had a bunch over the years. This one you don't have to fight with. It slips off smoooothly. Goes on the same! Poof. Even has weighted bottom I think.
Yes, its worth every penny. In this day of low quality products its a breath of fresh air.

Decided not to use it anymore as it seems like it will shorten the life of my grill rather than extend it. I keep my grill in a shady spot. With the slightest rain the grill is soaked and stays wet for days unless I uncover it and dry the cover out in the sun.
