Answer:
We haven't had any problems covering the grill with the tank still attached. As long as it's properly set up, there shouldn't be a reason to worry. I would recommend calling HD and asking for someone in the outdoor cooking department to double check if you're concerned about it, though.

I do. But I always make sure my tank is turned off after use and that the grill is cool before covering.

Answer:
Yes. I have that grill. For the best fit, I left one table up and folded the other table down. Then I zipped one side of the cover completely and zipped the other side of the cover partially.

Answer:
Yes, but you will need to put the grill side shelves down each time when covering it for the cover to fit more snug, otherwise it will be very loose at the bottom and could come off in windy conditions. There is nothing to fasten it securely at the bottom.

We purchased the E-210 -( which i believe is the same size minus the propane tank) and this same cover and it fit fine- would also fit a larger grill- The elastic hugs it at the bottom well also

Answer:
The cover is very wide and should fit over the grill even with the shelves extended. It easily fits my E210 with shelves extended. There are zippers on either side that can be used to make it more snug when shelves are down.

Yes. It does. For some reason it looks like it won't since the sides don't fold down, but it's much longer than the photo makes it appear. We bought it with the Spirit E-310 Propane and it fits perfectly.

Customer Reviews

Rated 4.4 out of 5 by 87 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good grill cover This is a good cover for your Spirit 300 grill. Quality seems good and durable. Does not have straps to hold cover, but if partially zipped makes it fitter at the bottom. May 11, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Weber This grill cover is awesome. Well made as all Weber products. A perfect fit and look on my deck!!!! feels very durable and is so easy to remove for use and replace afterwords. Thanks Weber!!! September 24, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Big Money Doesn't Guarantee Best Product Happily spent the $52.99 (no military discount on product) in hopes of having it for years to come-this was my third "premium" grill cover but my 1st Weber Grill Cover. When I took it out of the box I noticed that the material felt crinkly which was odd to me since premium covers are made with a heavier material that does not crinkle and only creases with time. Atlanta had cold weather come through the past two days, the lowest being about 9 degrees without the wind chill. I pulled out my Spirit E-210 (the older model from 2010) to grill anyways but left the cover off when I was done cooking. When I went to put it back on this morning, I noticed that the material felt really crinkly and there were white creases all over. Then I spotted a small tear and returned it right away. I had the cover from Thursday Jan 2nd to Thursday Jan 9th. If you are still considering this product please take it out of the box and feel the thin material for yourself then feel another premium cover and compare. Weber did a good job of disguising this cheap product. BTW, I love my Weber grill just not this cover. January 9, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great fit! I read some reviews about this cover being made with cheap material and faulty zippers. I found just the opposite, very heavy-duty material and easy to zip. Plus it's a perfect fit for my 200 series (If you need to adjust the zippers it's easier to place the cover over the grill first, then begin adjusting), the wind won't blow it off yet it's easy to remove when I'm ready to start grilling. The only complaint I had was the price, $50 seems a little expensive, but if you're going to spend $400+ on a grill I suppose it's worth the investment. April 16, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Grill Easy to light up, easy to assemble. In winter keeps a steady temperature inside grill compartment. Structural salad. February 10, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by very low quality We purchased this grill cover on 5.5.2014 along with our Spirit E210 grill. We really expected the cover be of the same high quality as the grill. We were very, very wrong. We have only done two things with the cover: had it on the grill and taken it off the grill to cook. Under such usage I would NOT expect it to already have a hole in it, which it unfortunately already does. I do hope that the grill doesn't demonstrate a similar lack of quality. Extremely disappointed. June 25, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good cover Very happy with the cover. I've never owned a "nice" grill cover, always been the cheap aftermarket ones... Only thing I would change, because it's used for both the 200 and 300 series Spirit grill you have exposed zippers when used on the 300 series. Would rather not be able to see the zippers exposed. December 10, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by grill cover good but pricey I have had a similar grill cover with and the same cost I know it will last about 2-3 years before cracking and needing to be replaced. I have also had a much cheaper version made of lesser quality soft plastic and it was usable the same length of time 2-3 yrs. I would have purchased the latter had It been available elsewhere,I needed grill cover so purchased it. October 14, 2014
