Restyled for 2014, the Weber Q 200 is now the Weber Q 2000. The grill has the same great performance and sleek styling, but adds new aesthetics that are both functional and fun, including larger grip handle and control knobs, ergonomic side handles, sturdy front and rear cradles. Split grates allow for a grate/griddle cooking combination: Just replace one of the grates with the Q 2000-series compatible griddle (sold separately) and experience a unique way to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner on your grill. The Weber Q 2000 is ideal for use when camping and tailgating but, thanks to a design that offers both compact overall size and large grilling surface, can double as a stationary grill in your outdoor living space.

The Weber website offers a comparison tool. One unit has a smaller cooking surface. Then each size unit offers the option of a higher dome with temp gauge.

Thank you for your question. The difference would be the addition of the electronic ignition and a thermometer in the lid on the Weber Q 2200. If you have any further questions, please contact Weber Customer Service at 1-800-446-1071.

Answer:
Thank you for your question. Each grate measures 10 3/4" x 15 1/4", and there are two grates, so a small wok maybe a little tight when the lid is closed. The lid clearance is 7 1/8". If you have any further questions, please contact Weber Customer Service at 1-800-446-1071.

CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 4.6 out of 5 by 23 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great grill for a portable gasser I own and frequently use a kamado joe xl, weber e310 and recently bought the q2000. For a portable grill, I can't imagine how it could be any better. We use it on our pontoon for burgers and such. Never lets us down and is plenty hot for quick meals on the boat. Cooks evenly and gets hot enough to burn off the excess grease. Don't expect $1500 worth of grill and you won't be let down! June 16, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great little grill This is the second webber Q we have bought. Good grill size for size of grill. I would recommend it to anyone. February 10, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Amazing little grill Bought this on sale with the mobile cart a few months ago couldnt be better pleased. It cooking everything im throwing at it so far from steaks to roasts it acts as a convention heater so it cooks even quicker. Perfect for small multi story places with small patios. February 4, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice little barbeque First, the delivery was super quick. The item was delivered with no damage and as expected. I shopped around and this was the specific barbeque I wanted. I couldn't find it in any stores so I took a chance and ordered it, it was a Christmas present after all and if it were late, the surprise would be spoiled. It was on time with room to spare. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by It's a trap! You look a the quality top, the quality bottom, the great cast-iron grill, the high price-tag and you think this thing will be awesome. You'll use it for years, always being happy with what a great grill this is. Eventually you'll come to terms with the fact it's not great. In fact, it's horrible. You aren't actually in love with the grill, you are in love with the IDEA of the grill. The valve/regulator is of very poor quality. I had to replace mine 4 times. The burner/valve never puts out enough heat. The way you have to cook is let it get hot, which it's never hot enough, and then let the hot cast-iron cook your food. When you flip your food, you have to flip it to a new pre-heated hot spot. This results in burnt on the outside, raw on the inside food. The burner/valve don't actually put out enough heat to cook your food, that's why you have to rely on the cast iron. If you completely cover the surface with chicken wings, they won't cook, because the burner can't keep up. The one side that you dropped on the hot cast-iron will be nice, but the other side is just rubbery. You'll start to think that maybe since it doesn't actually get hot enough, maybe you can slow cook on it. Nope. It only has 1 setting, medium. Once the cast-iron starts to rust, you'll try everything to re-season it. You'll buy brushes, attachments for your drill, research it on the internet, put it in the self-cleaning cycle in the oven, soak it in vinegar. You'll waste 30 hours of your life on this cast-iron junk. If you try to protect you lovely grill with the cover, you'll marvel at how well the water sheds right off it. Then you'll remove the cover, and see it's actually been trapping moisture on/in the grill, causing it to mold. It's not a cover, it's a trap for moisture. Everything about this grill APPEARS to be awesome, but it's not. Eventually you'll start to recognize how you have been deceived, how you have been lying to yourself this whole time, and you'll toss it in the dumpster after years of ruined food, depressing camping trips, and tears of sadness. As you walk away from the dumpster, a smile will cross your face. It feels like a giant weight has been lifted off your shoulders. As you return into your home, you'll hear it crying out to you. "How can you abandon me! I'm your precious! You just threw away a $200 BBQ! Come dig me back out." Stay strong my friends. You can do it. Resist the urge. January 16, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by We already have one of these and it is very good, So good we ordered another one. We ordered the second one, we liked the first one so much. October 22, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Webber Q 2000 Like other webber products it's a great grill for our camper , and the price was very reasonable through Home Depot September 8, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best grill I've ever owned. This is our second Weber Portable Propane Gas Grill in 30 years. It always starts! Small enough to keep on the deck or move to a campsite if necessary. Big enough to cook for the family. June 16, 2015
