Rated 4.0 out of 5 by 3 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good for roasts fair for ribs I have used this to slow roast some beautiful rib roasts. I used it in an emergency for ribs when I forgot to pack my rib rack. I just turned it upside down. The slots are a little too wide for baby backs. It could be flawless if the slots were more narrow. The engineers at Weber were so close. For roasts 5 stars for ribs 3 stars. You may not think it would be worth it to get separate rib and roast racks but I bought them both. July 22, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Rib Roaster Worked as advertised. Only caution is that because it sits above the grate you may have to add a few minutes to the cooking time. I normally cook rack of lamb about 10-12 minutes on grate and found the time had to increase to 13-14 minutes in this rack. Otherwise it was very a good buy. August 25, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not bad for roasts, but for ribs.....not so much I bought this rack specifically becuase we like to smoke ribs, but the openings on the bottom of the rack are "too wide" and the ribs have trouble standing up. We were able to use it, but BEWARE do not CUT your long racks at all or they will fall right through. On the bright side we used it to cook a roast and it worked like a charm. June 12, 2012
