Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by bcboy44 no griddle
Beware if you order the natural gas model the center griddle is extra & costs about $50 + shipping. This is a thing one finds out only when delivered as the ad in the store shows propane model with griddle & just extra price for natural gas, no mention of missing griddle

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by LuapIII Love the grill
Have only used a couple of times since I bought it two weeks ago. Griddle works great for veggies etc. Even heat and gets up to temperature very quickly. Only complaint is the front lower cover, seems very flimsy and awkward to put on and off for access to the gas tank. Decided to make a hole thru cover so I do not need to take it on and off (see picture). If it lasts as long as my Q grill has (we use it for camping), we will be happy.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by TomN Front door remedy
Read reviews before buying and though many folks cons were the front cover, bought one anyway thinking they might be a little too picky, learned very quickly they have a good beef. I like this grill way too much to exchange for something different so this is a remedy you might try. Bought 2 magnetic cabinet catches, installed them right above the upper pins, bent the upper hooks inward, flat against the cover which is not aluminum (so nothing to install on door) Bingo, just put door on lower pins, raise up till it pops into place. About 15 minutes work and $7.00 at home depot. Wasn't a huge pain before but a whole lot easier now. GREAT GRILL !!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Kate My new grill
I enjoy grilling vegetables and fish. I needed a new grill so reading reviews and doing research was necessary for me, assuring that I buy the best grill I could afford and provide the cooking options I desire. The gourmet system allows me to use a variety of suggested cooking pieces to ease preparation of chicken, pancakes, pizza. I have broadened my options for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The front cover to hide the tank is less then wonderful. It is flimsy and care is a must to replace this piece. Weber is considered a higher end grill. Why make this cover which devalues this grill?

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Matt Great grill - Gourmet BBQ system version of 210 is lower quality but more versatile
I really, really like this grill and wish I could give it a solid 5 stars. It is built well, is incredibly easy to use, and consistently cooks things beautifully. It has everything you need and nothing you don't.
But... the Gourmet BBQ system version is a tradeoff between quality and versatility. You get a flimsy plastic front panel with holes in it that just sort of hangs on some flimsy little plastic dowel things, rather than the nice metal door in the normal version. In exchange, you also get a griddle (and the option to add other BBQ System accessories down the road) at no extra cost.
The griddle comes in handy preparing for a large party when the kitchen cooktop is already full, plus it gives you the option of pan-cooking things without filling the house with the smell. Just swap in the griddle, preheat, and you're good to go.
All in all, I'm glad I got the Gourmet BBQ version - but I wish the front panel and its attachment points weren't quite so flimsy. Even though the grill is priced competitively and works extremely well, I still feel like the panel is a letdown at this price point. If you don't care about the BBQ system accessories, get the normal version instead for the quality. Either way, it is a great grill.
Really, my main regret is that I didn't get the 310. I'm fairly new to grilling and figured the 210 would give me plenty of cooking space - far more usable area than the charcoal grill I started with. I didn't realize I would fall in love with using it, and now I try to cook everything I can think of and often find myself wishing I had more space.
I got it pre-assembled from Home Depot, so I can't comment on how easy it is to assemble. I did do the first-time propane hookup check, which took a while, but better safe than sorry.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Mike So far, extremely happy with this purchase
It really bothers me to have to write this review. Let me explain, I am a Big Green Egg guy, have had one for over 7 years of no maintenance grilling/smoking pleasure. Sometimes because its just the two of us, starting charcoal and getting the egg hot is just too time consuming for a couple of chicken breasts or so. We had el-cheapo gas grill until it fell apart, so I started looking at replacing it. DW said just get another cheap grill, but when I took her looking she saw the e-210 with the GBS and fell in love with the versatility. After reading the reviews I went ahead and bought it. Just a few observations about the purchasing process:
I purchased the unit, cover and drip pans online for local pick-up at the local HD. The ordering process was easy and convenient I had the option for assembly or not. I chose not because of the ease of loading and unloading and I wanted to ensure the build quality. The order was filled and I received notification that it was ready within 20 minutes of my placing the order-great job HD! When I arrived to pick the order up, the unit was already assembled, well as it was a Friday and the weather was finally nice outside so I thought great, all I have to do is get it out of the truck and onto the deck. An associate assisted me in loading it. As a side note: when I was leaving the store, a customer stopped me to tell me how great the grill is, then while driving it home, a motorist rolled down his window to tell me how much I was going to enjoy this grill, wow two independent, unsolicited reviews within 5 minute of picking it up!
All of the reviews talking about the cheesy front cover are correct, this thing is a joke, and if not for that I would have given the quality rating a 5, but this was a trade off to get the gourmet system and a conscious one. I'll probably retrofit with a SS door of some sort later.
I have used this grill 5 times in the past week, It has excellent performance, heats to 500 degrees in about ten minutes, the temperature is even, starts like a dream, the heavy cast grill pan and grates are really nice.
Yes this is expensive for a small two burner grill, but if you want a small (2-4 person) gas grill, you really can't beat this. Coming from a die hard charcoal/Green Egger very high praise

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by wilwhit2 a little disapointed
I was willing to spend the extra money for the Weber grill for the "quality" but not real sure about "quality". The grill was delivered by Home Depot to my home . The box was a little shopworn and after taking all the pieces out (which takes a while) noticed several dents in a couple of pieces and scratches on handles. At this point I was not going to put all the pieces back in the box and take the very heavy grill back up to the store to have to turn around and bring everything back and again, and have to unpack all those pieces again, so I thought I would just live with it. Assembley was very easy. Got the grill together and cooked on it the first time and noticed the temperture gauge doesn't work. All miner things, but I question where the QUALITY comes in. Dont know if Weber Or Home Depot were at fault but certainly soured my opinion.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by STyx12 Best BBQ I have ever owned
The BBQ was easy to assemble. Instructions were very expletive with great diagrams. Within an hour an a half I was barbequing dinner. Excellent instruction on how to care for and clean the unit. The BBQ cooks even all over the surface. Both direct and indirect areas.
