I purchased the Weber Spirit E-210 gril in May 2016 after having a great experience with my old Genesis Gold B grill for over 12 years. The Spirit E-210 side shelves started to develop rust spots within 2 weeks after purchase. I've tried using rust remover and the Weber Grill cleaner with no results! The rust is persistent and even after risking scrubbing with the Magic Eraser, Scotch-Brite sponge the rust is still there. The Weber website recommends cleaning it weekly and covering it; however my old Gold B was in the same environment, never covered, I never cleaned the exterior and I've NEVER had rust on the Stainless Steel. Another problem I had with this purchase is after I got the gill home I noticed a dent on the side. Not wanting to lug the grill back to Home Depot, I called Weber for a replacement part. According to Weber, since I bought the grill assemble, it's considered a floor item and dents and scratches are not covered. I had to lug the grill back to HD for a replacement. The grill itself is excellent and well constructed; however I don't feel you should have to baby an outdoor appliance to keep it looking good. My Gold B looked great for 12 years! I only replace it because the non-stainless steel legs rusted out.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by MommaYomma Very easy to use and clean. Superior results.
I bought this a week ago and it was super easy to setup. Very easy to use. And equally easy to clean. The wheels are fantastic and quality. Not had to roll at all. Unfortunately I put the wheels on incorrectly with the locking wheels all on one side. But it could have been worse!
The inserts are fantastic. We have the pizza stone and the griddle pan that came with it. Would have loved extra storage underneath to store the accessories. Since that's the worst thing bout it.. Big Thumbs Up!

We bought a grill a couple of years ago, it rusted out. So, my husband wanted a grill that I could easily clean and that would last without rusting out. We checked ratings on-line and got advice from several stores. We bought the Weber - it's more expensive than other grills of this size - but it's much easier to clean and was very well liked by the reviewers on-line. We had it delivered and I put it together myself. I'm 65. The box was HUGE and we had to move it, piece by piece, to our porch from the garage (where the delivery person left it). I took my time, doing a little each day. There was one piece I had trouble figuring out, but I didn't sweat it, just kept looking at the pictures, and it all became clear. In the end, I'm VERY glad I put it together myself, because I know just how it works, which will help with cleaning. And, the model we got has the center griddle - which is AWESOME for cooking salmon - which is what I seem to be grilling most these days. I'm thrilled with the grill and with the ease of ordering it on-line. I recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to buy a "disposable" grill (one that you'll throw away after a couple of years of use).

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by lomaxbernie Although limited use so far, the grill is excellent.
Very nice grill, seems very well made and is working great so far. The burners provide even heat, and the thermometer on the grill hood is a nice touch to monitor grill temperature. Push-button ignition works perfectly, and the gas level gauge is also quite helpful. I would recommend this grill to anyone.

Perfect size for me. I had a party and was able to cook four London broils (could have been more). Only negative I've found is the odd opening for the gas container. The location for the gas in other grills has been much more convenient - the gas would simply "sit" inside the cabinet. There is a large hole in the bottom of the cabinet and the gas sits on the ground. Quite odd and it makes it difficult to move the grill. I have to disconnect the gas whenever I move the grill from the garage to use it. Otherwise I love it. Easy to clean and cooks evenly. I plan to keep it for many years.

Meeting all my expectations so far. Purchase and pickup very easy. Seems to be good quality material inside and out. Heating is consistent front to back and side to side. Smaller foot print fits perfectly in a small patio area. Wheels are a bit difficult to lock and unlock. Gas holder is an interesting way to determine amount of gas remaining in tank. Not 100% sure how accurate it is. Seems to be working so far.

My last weber grill was 15 years old. It still worked. Every year or so we changed a part or two. The only reason we replaced it was because it was really looking shabby!
My husband wanted to by other brands that were a lot cheaper.
This grill looks great, starts quickly and has a nice grill pan. I also like that the tank is not visible.
Unless you are an engineer, don's get it unassembled. Leave that to the experts.
