Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed I was looking for a very good but small BBQ after my Vermont Casting BBQ which I had for over 10 years finally died on me. I would have bought Vermont Casting again but they don't make it anymore. Anyhow, this one just feels cheap materials and design wise (plastic cover for the tank area). There is enough heat and it heats up fast but too many flare ups and uneven heat are noticeable. The very bottom pan catches up fire each time releasing just "dirty" black smoke. I am very disappointed. I am sure I would not get worse performance from a $200-300 BBQ. So not a good value at this price. Oh by the way, Home Depot's service was just awesome. May 24, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Bigger then it seems Assembly took me 90 minutes... Heated up to 500 degrees in less than 5!!! We got it for it's small size as it is mainly there to compliment or Green Egg. It has turned out to be as large as you need for a family of 4 as you can easily do 12 burgers! Heat is consistent, grills sear very well, propane tank gauge is cool and it looks great! On complaint is the front panel... a little flimsy but not the end of the world. Although if it was solid I'm sure we would complain that it is too heavy. June 30, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very nice grill... so far I have owned several grills over the years and I really like all the features that are packed into this grill. The aluminum box is a really nice feature compared to the competition. I agree with most reviews that complain about the flimsy front panel but if you get creative you can solve the issue by installing magnets on the top to make access much easier (see pictures). Overall I really like this grill and I look forward to years of delicious grilled meals to come. June 23, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by This grill is going to be fun to grill on. Put the grill together with my Grand Girls on Friday and cooked hamburgers on Saturday . Burgers were the best they had ever had. I like the 3 burners , it allow me to control the temperature better . Used the Skillet to cook vegetables and chicken , all worked well. Can't wait for the weekend....... May 20, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by impressed This is my 1st Weber propane grill. I have had plenty of the Weber charcoal grills. Cooked a beer can chicken with the insert and for the 1st time I didn't get to have any leftovers to make chicken noodle soup. The door, well cover is easy to take on and off. It is a little flimsy but I can see the tank reading without removing it. I can turn my tank on and off from the rear. I'll need to open the door/cover to change out the tank and to clean the drip pans. Even heat and hit 500 degrees pretty quick. I notice the quality when assembling the grill. Took me about an hour to assemble. 15 minutes to unbox and 45 minutes to assemble. Very easy instructions. April 20, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful Weber "Wham" grilling sensation! I ordered online to have this 130# box DELIVERED free to my front door. It took less than 45 min to assemble and cook my first meal on it. I really am impressed with the grilling surface, and how easy it is to clean. I am glad I spent a few $$$ more for a grill that is obviously going to last 10-15 years. The last grill I bought was a $150 cheepie, which I rebuilt 3 times in 8 years. I know this Weber will be maintenance free for at least 15 years. Well built, well designed, well... it's a Weber!!!! October 23, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great product! Free assembly was included, but poorly executed. Love the grill. Free assembly was not worth it! Wheel fell off after rolling the grill just a few feet at home. Found only 2 of 4 screws used and not tightened on 2 wheels. I decided to go through the entire assembly procedure to ensure everything else was tight and complete. I then found 2 screws on the control panel support and 1 cable fastener missing. October 27, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good BBQ for the price Purchased this BBQ based off the reviews I read. The main negative I kept reading was the front cover and how hard it is to take off and on to access the propane tank etc... under the grill. After putting together, which took about an hour and a half, I found taking off the front cover and putting it back on is not that difficult. You really don't have to take it off all the way. You lift it up a little and tilt it back so the bottom part is still on the hooks. It's as easy as that. Still wish it had doors but I am okay with it as is. Looking forward to using the griddle for making pancakes, eggs, bacon etc... The grill heats up great but does still flare up when cooking steak or fish with seasoning on it. July 9, 2015
