It was delivered to my home on a pallet. Lots of pieces. No extra parts. The directions use pictures which in 2 instances could have been a little clearer. All in all it took about 2 hours. I was not in a hurry and was intent on doing it right. The grill looks great and works even better. Just make sure that you have some room to spread out the parts. Once you go Weber nothing else will ever do!!

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by griller Nice Fit and Finish but Arrived with a Dented Piece
We have only used the grill once since purchase so I am not sure how it will hold up, but the fit and finish of the product is nice and the grill appears to be built of quality material. It was well packaged and I am pleased with the purchase, EXCEPT, it arrived with a damaged piece. The back plate was pretty bent and our suspicion is that it was packaged with this defect - either didn't go through any type of visual inspection or they allowed it to pass through assuming there was a chance the customer would not return. We were able to bend it back enough so that it could be screwed in to the frame. Very disappointed in Weber for doing this.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by cappyf0t0 The little BBQ that could!
I've always been a charcoal guy but a friend recently asked meet to BBQ some hot dogs, sausages, and hamburgers on their Weber E-310. I've never been impressed with gas grills until this time. The cast-enamel grate was very nice and the even heat at low setting was fantastic. Ok, it wasn't steak or ribs that require the normal BBQ nurturing. Features like instant on/off, consistent cooking temperature and knowing how much LP I have left are the only features that matter. Stop looking somewhere else. If you can afford the price, definitely consider this unit. If you can afford more, go with the Genesis model. Bottomline, go with a Weber.

Absolutely the best grill purchase for the money. Top notch over the competition, charbroils and Brinkmans didn't even come close to the quality. My wife and I assembled the grill in about 45 minutes, she got the parts ready, and I put them together. The only drawback with the directions is that they are picture only with no written instructions, but as I said, that really didn't pose that big of a problem. Tried the grill out for the first time this weekend and it didn't disappoint. I never used a gas grill before so I followed the times in the included booklet and the chicken came out perfect. Thanks Weber and Home Depot for a wonderful experience.

Complete instructions were provided. Usually there are screws, bolts, etc. missing, but everything was complete. Instructions were easy. It did take nearly two hours to put together myself.
I oil/prepared the flavor plates and iron grates. I cooked a few burgers on the grill. It started right up and reached a high temperature very quick. The flames burned even.
I use to have a Weber charcoal grill. This gas grill is so nice. I hestitated to pay the price, but I am glad I did.
Time will tell how long the grates and burners will last, but seeing that it has already some good reviews and ratings, I don't think I have to worry.
Thanks Home Depot.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Tim44 Excellent Grilll!
I've had this grill for a few months and it is the best Weber yet (for the price). I've cooked fish, brats, burgers, steaks, etc. and everything turns out great. Putting it together was a breeze, no mislabeled parts or square pegs for round holes. I keep it clean and in the garage so can't say how well it hold up outside with a cover but there's not one sign of rust on it. The electronic crossover ignition fires it up each and every time. And, one feature that may be overlooked is the caster wheels on all four corners which makes it very convenient to move around. Bottom line: I highly recommended this grille!

I bought this grill on sale at Home Depot in Dallas 13 months ago. Can't believe I got it for $199.00. It fires right up with built in igniter and temperature is so accurate, we use it like the house oven for baked potatos, etc. Fire rarely flares up and burns meat. Easy to clean, nice storage underneath and the propane tank gauge/scale is handy as well as accurate. Too soon to tell how long the burner and wear items will last but I am sold on Weber after owning at least 8 other propane grills over the last 30 years. I recommend the Weber brand cover made for this specific model. It is heavy duty with lining, doesn't tear or blow off like the cheap ones, easy to take off/on.

I replaced my 19 year old Weber Spirit w/ this grill. It is a great grill with even temperatures across all the grate. I specifically purchased this from Home Depot because they have an exclusive agreement with Weber to provide cast iron grates which retain the heat and provide nice grill marks on fish, fowl, beef and pork. The grill is solidly built and was assembled in just over and hour, If you have it assembled at the store you need a van or pickup to haul it. You can use a station wagon if you take it home in the box. You will need to men to carry it since it's 143lbs in the box and very bulky.
