This is a great BBQ that I ordered on-line because it was out of stock locally and, as I learned, soon to be dicontinued. Directions great and it took about 90 min to put together. Unfortunately, it had concealed damage found after UPS delivery that I found while putting it together. The dented, bent parts were reported to Weber-Stephen and HD! The quality of the cooking surface is great, it turns on instantly and cooks quite well, but front to back burners make it difficult to avoid the heat and to maintain a hot and warm side. It is unfortunate that the grill was discontinued in the month between my buying it and early August.

After buying a number of "average" BBQ's over the years, decided to step up a bit in the world and purchase the Weber.
This BBQ seems to be of much higher quality than your average $350 BBQ in terms of construction and design.
Once you fire it up you can really see the difference. It heats up amazingly fast. The use of steeper gas covers greatly reduces flame up issues and all in all if you have a few extra bucks to spend it seems well worth it.
I would highly recommend this BBQ if you are tired of going through the two/three year cycle with something that depreciates quickly and does not provide you with the greatest cooking experience.

I took everyone's advice on a certain web-based retailer and bought it from Home Depot. HD sends it with the porcelin coated grates instead of the stainless steel that other companies send. I love this grill! It has plenty of cooking space to feed a party of 10-15 easily. Plus, its on the lower end of the pricing that Weber maintains on their products. There is no side burner, which i dont think i would use anyway. You also lose the right hand side to the dials. Again, it doesnt bother me at all. You can stick a large platter or two plates on the left side with no problem. Overall, its a great product at a modest price.

bought the Weber to replace my rusted out charbroil! i was hesitant to spend $500 for a grill after the last one rusted out in 4 years. but i have to say Weber makes a great grill. heats fast. cooks evenly and fast. and it's one of the few grills w/o the side burner. i bought it on line and had it shipped to my home. opened the box to find the doord were bent and dented from the delivery. called Weber and had the replacement parts with in a week!! very east to assemble too! i had it together in just over 1 hour. great customer service too!! Weber has a great warranty too! definately worth the money so far!!

We've heard tales of Weber grills, but had never had one. We can't believe the difference. It heats evenly and quickly, so no matter where you put meat, it cooks well, allowing you to cook alot at once. We absolutely love it. I was needlessly worried that it wouldn't be so good since it's one of the less expensive models. One thing: Weber quality control needs adjusting: A couple of pieces were dented on arrival (definitely not from the shipping, but customer service was great and mailed us new ones quickly. Highly recommend this product.

The dollar incentive to purchase the grills that look good, forget about it. After years of being lured by the cosmetic and cheap cost of disposable bbq's I've just realized that a good investment into a quality brand and product would have saved me so much money in the long run. I purchased a Spirit E320 Weber and the quality in every aspect is more superior than any of the 8 other brands I have owned in the past. I assembled this in less than an hour and noticed the high quality of craftsmanship in every part of this BBQ. It fires up one time every time, heats up in no time, cooks evenly and most of all dependable. I could not have made a better choice after 2 years of research and study to decide on a Weber. Only 2 other competitors was considered and Weber was a clear winner.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Ketel The Weber 2 burner grill with non cast iron grates
Home Depot saved some big time customers. The other 'home' type store is just as close as Depot but we will stick with Home Depot. The was a discrepancy with the grates on the grill we purchased. It did take a couple calls to the depot online and the manager at our local store but I am very pleased to say they settled the issue and we got the grates we thought we were entitled to. Our grill is great and I have nothing but good things to say about Home Depot (like I said, we spent a lot on money here each year and we will continue to do so in the future).
Thank you for showing us that some stores still take pride in the products they sell (and this is our second Weber grill, we are very happy with their grills).
Cheers to Home Depot!!!!

I originally bought a flashy non-Weber stainless steel 4 burner with blue lighted dials, a real beauty, from a grill specialty store for same price. On loading it up, I realized it was quite flimsy so, I got a refund and went directly to buy my E-310. From the moment the E-310 is first used, you will realize that you have compromised nothing in terms of grilling efficiency… and honestly, what the heck was I thinking when I originally went for flashy appearance and lighting when my objective was cooking efficiency? Ha!
