Answer:
Thank you for your question. The Weber Summit E-420 does not come with a sear station. However, the Weber Summit E-470 in natural gas does. See the link below.

Thanks for your question. You can ask Home Depot about their assembly and delivery options. The Summit E-420 model grill is one of easiest grills to assemble in the Weber line. If you have any other questions, please contact Weber Customer Service at 1-800-446-1071.

Rated 5.0 out of 5 by 5 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Expensive but worth it We have had our new grill for about two weeks and have used about ten times. Very nice grill. Seems to be hotter than our old grill of similar price. May 4, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Hesitant on price but it was worth the cost.... My wife and I were torn for a long time on whether or not to buy this expensive of a grill for our anniversary this year or not (we actually passed last year). But our older Charbroil grill was pretty worn out and was in need of another new set of grates. That grill was never a great grill and always had big hot spots and inconsistent cooking. We had rebuilt it 4 or 5 times over the 8 years (burners, grates, regulator, deflectors, everything multiple times) we had it plus it was finally rotting through in some areas. We decided that spending any more money on the old grill that never was all that great to begin with was just delaying the inevitable. (After owning that grille, I would never buy a Charbroil again) So, this year, we finally bit the bullet and ordered the Weber. Luckily a buddy of mine has the propane version of the 470, so I got a great first hand endorsement. I wish we could have convinced ourselves to get the model up with the sear burners and rotisserie, but that was out of our reach. I can say that after receiving the new grill ans setting it up, this thing is awesome! Set up was really easy. Most of it is already assembled. In our case, the hardest thing was deciding how to run the natural gas line from the grill to the existing hook up. The grill itself seems really well made and sturdy, The stainless grates are thick and so much better than the porcelain ones we used to have that needed replacing often. The gas line and quick connect that comes with the grill seems very sturdy. With the natural gas model, the side burner is actually useful. Grilling is much better on the Weber. It cooks much more consistently and evenly. I haven't noticed any hot spots. You can actually walk away for a minute while grilling with this one (my old one constantly flared and tried to turn everything into charcoal). The grill heats up quick and holds a constant temp well. It recovers quickly after opening the lid, too. We have both noticed that the food we have grilled so far on the Weber does actually taste better. Could be the natural gas, could be the even and consistent cooking, but it has actually been noticeably better, more juicy food! I definitely recommend this model. Hopefully it will have a long trouble free life. Also, the black porcelain looks really nice instead of all stainless. September 29, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent BBQ - worth the cost The product arrived mostly assembled. The remaining assembly was easy. The BBQ is amazing in terms of its heat distribution, quality of materials, and enjoyment to use. It's a lot of extra money for a Weber, but I'm glad I saved up and invested in one. June 5, 2013
