A week or so after getting this cover a series of nasty rainstorms blew through putting this cover to the test. The material was sturdy enough and the fit meant that the rain, lots of rain, didn't pool on it. The wind was also around. Blowing in at around 30 mph with gusts to 50 mph. The velcro straps held tight and the cover stayed put. The cats and I stood at the window in amazement waiting for the cover to go airborne, but it held. Unfortunately, those same velcro straps that held it in place are also its downfall. They are so stiff with sharp edges they rubbed/cut a hole in the cover. So it's hard to say how much longer the cover will last now that it had been compromised.

As with the other reviews I don't understand the purpose of 'The Windows', only that it lets in rain & snow. (I should have realized this before I purchased the product, I suppose!)
After only two not-too-extreme southern Ontario winters my cover has started to crack and crumble, especially along the horizontal seam on both sides. Even the threading is crumbling away.
As it's out of it's 1 year warranty, Weber won't acknowledge the condition of it's product.
In my opinion it's a poor product from a reputable name.

Nice Snug fit with valcro ties at each end to sinch up.
I would change two things.
1) Put the logo on both sides so it does matter which way it faces because it doesn't.
2) Use valcro ties that are hemmed in or finished. Over time, these unfinished ties in 2 or 3 years will start to fray on the edges. UV light breaks down dark plastics and materials quite fast in California and these ties being unfinished on the edges will speed that up.
I rather pay more and have a cover with a 10 year expected life. Not sure this one will last much beyond 5 or 6.

It's a grill cover - covers the grill - it does that. Only thing I did not like were the little "windows" (air vents) were placed on ends over the side extensions so rain goes right in and onto the tops of the side burner and work surfaces. I understand the air vents are to keep it from billowing in the wind, but they should have been in the back - more vertical - something better. I would get a different cover if I knew this ahead of time.

Really happy with my grill cover. Good quality material the only thing I would say is that the Velcro gets in the way sometimes when putting cover over the grill or taking off so you need to make sure you have loosened it.

I like that this cover is very generous in size and goes down to nearly the ground around the grill. also there are easy to use velco strips that enable you to tighten the fit below the shelf areas. Both of these features are great in windy areas. the cover stay secure, and doesn't blow around. the cover material seems to be a thick and durable nylon, and is flexible, making it a little easier to put on and take off.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Paul Great product, easy order and in store pickup...no complaints
Good product quality. Easy to clean. Easy to cover and uncover. Home Depot "online" matched a competitor's price that knocked off the price about 20%. Very easy to order and direct in store pickup made it ever so easy.

Love the grill cover. Looked all over for one that would fit our grill. Finally we found this one on line, took a chance and ordered it and sure enough it fit. Durable fabric and looks great. Always been very pleased with the products I have purchased from Home Depot.
