The Weber BBQ was delivered exactly when they said it would be and it was super easy to put together. Weber BBQ are excellent BBQ's and Home Depot made it easy for me to get another one for my cottage.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by thatdenverdog Did not live up to expectations
The grill cooks fine however the appearance is no longer very nice. Many areas have rusted/corroded after a few short years. I would have expected better quality materials. A disappointment.
Please see the photos. I would not recommend a Weber grill.

Love this grill! Its my 1st Weber and it so nice to not have to worry about putting the cover on the grill if it rains. I use the grill 2 or 3 times a week. Just love the way it cooks evenly no hot spots.

This grill is awsome. It was easy to put togeather and was working in just a few minutes after it came out of the box. It was expensive but I found it online for $380.00 less than Home Depot, so I printed that ad and brought it to my local HD. Not only did they match the price but gave me an additional 10% off. I paid $483.00 less than HD's price!

This is my first gas grill, but not my first Weber. Everything about this grill is excellent -- quality, finish, materials, design and performance. The grill offers a large cooking surface and the burners light quickly and easily. I am very glad that I made this purchase. Assembly was very easy and the included instructions covered every detail. Consider adding a second Grill-out light, as the single light does not fully illuminate the grill surface. Light #2 took care of that. The side burner is a welcome addition and it has been used several times already. Get this grill -- you won't be disappointed!

+ Easy set-up straight out of the box; was easily cooking in less than an hour.
+ Easy to use controls to include tank meter/levels
+ Easy to hook up the gas tank; no tools required, just screw it on (carefully since it is plastic) and go.
+ Wheels make it easy to move around the deck for cleaning, maintenance, etc..
+ Great effortless controlls for easy cooking.
+ Quick Home Depot delivery with no damage whatsoever.
- Expensive (thank you tax return)
- For the price, expected a brass chuck to screw on and off the tank. Perhaps this is a good thing for those that are impatient (cheaper to replace some plastic instead of brass if one strips it out).
- Have to get use to reaching the back of the grill without touching the hot warming rack metal bar above the main grilling area...more of a gripe at me; not the grill.
- Semi-jealous wife...now I gotta get her something nice.
I'm partial to my old lava rock gas grill (and oak or mesquite wood in the pit)...after 15 years, I finely gave it up after many years of use throughout all 4 seasons and on three different continents (Asia, Europe and USA). First thing that impressed me was the ease and use of set-up. No three hour set uop with a massive bag-o-nuts & bolts! Essentially three parts and minimal tools. I really like the built in meter to tell me tank level; ease to put on gas tank gage (no big wrench required); easy to ignite grill that cranked up to 500 quickly. I haven’t' even mentioned that this grill looks so good that one might think it cooks the food for you! I'll be honest, it cost a bit more then I wanted to pay...but hey, If I could make an old Sunbeam last 15 years I think I'll be able to get my money's worth with a Webber! My first meal was made up of rib eyes, ribs, corn on the cob and asparagus spears... and it all cooked effortlessly with minimal flare ups. Many positive comments from guests and family regarding the steaks were the best they ever had (props to Wegman’s) and I'll give prop's to my new grill.
Reference points regarding my background and BBQ cooking experience:
- Cooking outdoors for 40 years.
- Reluctantly switched to a gas grill 15 years ago after cooking with natural woods such as mesquite. (Still do when time avails itself).
- Have smoked the family Thanksgiving Turkey for 20 years.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Mike Excellent Grill...Excellent Food!
I did a lot of research in moving to a top drawer grill and it's clear why Weber is at the top. Ten year waranty, obvious quality differences vs. the other mainstream brands, and great reviews from current owners. Though imposing upon delivery (I came home to find a refrigerator size box on our door step), the grill was fairly easy to set-up. Very even cooking, no hot spots, and the stainless steel grates make cast iron seem archaic. The temperature gage in the hood and the propane level indicators are nice extras. I love the light handle attachment, though I think you need two to get good visibility for night grilling. On top of everything, the clean design makes this stainless steel beauty something you're proud to showcase on your deck. I'd highly recommend this to anyone looking to commit to a top notch grill. While expensive, the quality is apparent - you get what you pay for and then some!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Tony Great Grill but one small problem
Bringing this beast home on the roof of my car was no small task by myself. Overall, the unit was very easy to assemble and operate except one minor detail, the gas line was installed improperly, not allowing me to slide in the drip pan. Wasn't that easy to correct the problem either since I had to go the extra mile to correct the mistake.
Also I'd like to add the 3 employee's at HD were very helpful!
