Customer Reviews

Rated 4.1 out of 5 by 69 reviewers.
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great for light use I think most of the other reviews are on point. This is a great tool for small jobs (blowing the leaves off of our patio / porch ) but not nearly as powerful as a gas or corded electric blower. Extremely convenient to not have to deal with the cords and like that it shares a battery and charger with the weedeater trimmer. Still hanging on to our old blower for fall leaves on the driveway and gutter cleanout, but happy to not need to fight with the cords for weekly cleanoff of high traffic areas that get a lot of fallen leaves. If I did not use it a couple of times a week, probably a bit pricey for the power. October 23, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great for small jobs! Really cheap looking plastic thing, but works great to blow off the patio or porch. Takes a little longer than gas powered, but so much easier, just a flick of a switch. Very light. Takes longer because the blowing is targeted, and you must swing it back and forth more than a gas blower. Can blow right next to your flowers without disturbing them. Won't do big jobs like blowing out the gutters, but so nice to click and go. Battery lasts fine for 1 acre property, charges fast, and keeps full power until charge is depleted. Highly recommend for small jobs, keeping the patio clear, etc. June 11, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Under Powered I have the Weed Eater 20v cordless string trimmer and I'd rate it 5 stars, but the blower is not so great. On the plus side it's light weight, charges fast but it doesn't have much blowing power and the battery runs down a lot faster than the same battery in the string trimmer. I've used the string trimmer for for 20 minutes or so and still have 1/2 to 3/4 battery life but using the blower for about the same time and the battery is almost depleted. On the plus side I have a second battery for my string trimmer if I should ever need it. After using this blower 3 or 4 times I would not recommend it and if I had a chance to do it over again I would not buy the blower but would recommend the trimmer. May 24, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent little tool! This is an excellent little tool! I use it for cleaning up my driveway & two small patios after mowing my lawn. Plenty of power for my use: slightly sloping driveway approx 5 car-lengths long X 2 car-widths wide. I use it on high power for about 10" each time, & the battery has lasted for 4-5 uses before needing to be charged. The one thing lacking, which I consider minor, is that there is no shoulder strap to aid in holding the device. However, I fashioned a make-shift strap which serves that purpose, & the machine is pretty light to begin with. Very happy with this purchase. August 22, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by A really good product for the money I have been thru a couple of cordless electric blowers. Use it for blowing out garage, front and back porch and walkway. This is the best value I have found on one of these. I use a Stihl back pack for the yard. Was using a hand help gas blower for small work, but got tired of fueling and cranking. Actually found this will also blow driveway as well. All on one charge. Charges in about an hour. It hasn't run down on me yet, so I don't know how long it will run. Very satisfied. Also, recent $20 discount on line. Took 3 days to receive. Two speed is nice. April 8, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Blower is great, battery is bad This blower works very well for blowing debris off of driveways, walks and patios. Easy to use and lightweight. Battery lasted about 30 minutes on a charge. After two charges, the battery quit charging. I called Weedeater and they were not helpful. They sent me to a local authorized repair center to have the battery checked. The repair center had no idea of why I was sent there as they aren't an authorized Weedeater repair center for this item. Returned the blower to Home Depot and bought a B&D blower. May 15, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Don't waste your time or money on this thing This is a nice light-weight blower. Our previous cordless blower was heavy and at times ackward, and it was very difficult to remove the battery pack for recharging. This blower has a light-weight, easy to remove and easy to charge battery pack. The problem is the battery pack will not hold a charge. We can get our front walkway blown off (about a 2 minute job, at most), and then the battery dies. We have never been able to get the charge to hold long to do our driveway, our sidewalk or any of our back patio. We have had this blower for about a month, and most of that time has been spent waiting for the battery to charge. It is not at all acceptable for the work we need it to do (maybe 15 minutes at the most). We will be returning it today and hope to find something that can hold a charge for more than 2 minutes at a time. May 27, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great light duty blower This is my first battery-powered blower. It worked great, right out of the box, and has never failed me. I use is several times a week during the fall, and at least weekly the rest of the year for a driveway and sidewalk/patio in my condo development. Just charge it, put in the battery and turn it on. I get about 15 minutes out of one charge, which is usually all I need. November 6, 2012
