Yes. But it would be best to use the Werner Attic Ladder assist pole. I believe Werner is now including this pole in the kit.

Answer:
No. 24" OC trusses will not work with this ladder. You will need a rough opening of 25" which would require you to add to the existing trusses and cut out the originals. Unless you are a good carpenter, I would suggest contacting a professional builder for help.

Probably. In their installation instructions, Werner lists the cut-off length of the bottom section of ladder. In other words you should cut off the following X amount if your ceiling height is Greater than Y but less than Z. So for example my ceiling was 131" in height. Werner says for ceilings less than 132 but equal to or greater than 131 you should cut off 14 3/4". For a ceiling of 144" it says to Read More

So based on that it seems that if you don't cut off the 3/4" the feet would reach the floor when attached. This is a probably though and you won't really know until you get it installed. Rated 4.5 out of 5 by 35 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Attic Ladder A2512 I purchased the AH2512 ladder for installation into my newly built garage (ceiling is 11'4"). My specific opening was 25.5" x 66". The installation was smooth and without any issues. Instructions were clear to me. Owning the Dewalt impact gun and drill was a huge help with installing the lag bolts. I would not want to run these in by hand. Cutting the legs was also easy using my Milwaukee sawsall, I did not use the hacksaw they recommend. April 13, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great ladder access to garage storage Easy install even with one person and a pulley to get and hold in position while making final steps to secure with lag screws. Had to use my own lag screws as those supplied snapped off during installation. I am very happy with the completed project. It has opened up the access from a small 24 inch door to a large 63 inch X 25 inch access with the permanent fold down ladder. Made it much easier to get things into storage and clear our my garage for my work benches and tools. July 22, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Ladder Purchase Phenomenal ladder. Very efficient. Large but yet, compact. March 8, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great attic ladder for the money. Ordered via online a 12'x 25" x 65" Werner Aluminum Attic ladder. For the money this was a great buy and a great product. The performance is very good. Liked the hydraulic cylinders for easy and smooth opening and closing. Timely delivery. In fact, was shocked how quickly it was delivered to my local Home Depot store. Installation went well with some prep work. Several years ago I remodeled my house with a new truss/roof system. So having the knowledge and skills along with the right construction, I was able to move the old truss to allow for the 25" width opening without doing a bunch of structural modifications. The instruction booklet does provide details how to carefully and properly do the install. April 2, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great attic ladder had to purchase 12' one because my ceilings were taller than 10' 6" Great garage attic ladder for the price, easy to install, lightweight but sturdy had to cut one joist but the instructions were great. I have done a lot of carpentry work in the past so the instalation was easy, I would recommend to hire a pro if you have no Pryor experience doing carpentry work. February 3, 2015
