The shipment arrived in substantially damaged condition, cosmetically. There were many nicks, gouges and scratches on the rails and rungs. Structurally, the ladder was solid and unimpaired by the cosmetic damage. Normally the product would have been returned for replacement. However, given the immediate critical use need, the ladder was not returned. The appearance indicated that the ladder was likely damaged during shipment. It is also possible the damage occurred during warehouse handling prior to shipment.

I bought this ladder for our company because the safety guy didn't want an extension ladder.
The description is misleading, this is a straight ladder, NOT an extension ladder.
I ordered it online and had it shipped to the store. When I picked the ladder up in the store it was wrapped in very thin, dirty plastic. Through the plastic I could see many scratches as there was no other protection. The scratches didn't bother me too much so I transported it to our company. When I unwrapped the ladder I noticed one spot where the ladder got badly damaged during transport. The fiberglass was cracked, delaminated, and flaking off. I immediately returned it to the store.
They guys at the store refunded the money and I ordered a new one online, as they supposedly couldn't do it in the store.
Bottom line: Nice light weight ladder, but thoroughly inspect it BEFORE you put it in the truck.

This is a solid product. It is a ladder so there is not a lot to say. I use it on my roof to get from the first story roofline to the second story. It is light enough to carry up another ladder to get it up to the roof. The feet are nice and stable on the shingles and the ladder does not have any twist when climbing it. What else can I say? If I was making the purchase again I would buy the same ladder.
