Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Well built but too heavy It was just too heavy to be carting around, I ended up returning it. September 6, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by not sure what I expected I've only used it in step ladder mode and in straight mode with minimum extension. It's a bit harder to manage than I anticipated, but at the same time, its bulk makes it feel sturdy. September 8, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellence Excellent product that performs exactly as indicated. Very tough and sturdy. Easy to install and expand for those hard to reach places. August 30, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great product. Great ladder easy to handle. Sturdy not to heavy, good quality. August 4, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Ladder/terrible customer service Great ladder if you need one it's a must buy but if you order one online please do not have it sent to Home Depot on E. Market St. in York Pennsylvania but if you have to please ask for a lovely woman named Kathy anybody else you might be in trouble. July 5, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Extremely Pleased with Purchase 17ft ladder. Gave four stars due to advertisement. Ladder isn't 17ft. It is 14, with a 17ft REACH. Wow, got me hook line and sinker on that one. Also first time used it fully extended. The middle has a slight bow when your at the top, sorta sketchy, but guess I trust the load rating on it, lol. Love the huge placement footings. Makes me feel more secure when in the air. Other than buying a ladder 3 ft shorter than I expected....it is extremely versatile and easy as heck to use. Light weight and folds up nicely in the garage. I have storage shelves in my ceiling and used two hooks to mount this little guy. Tucks away nicely. July 7, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Product The ladder is easy to use and very flexible in configuration. It is a little heavy, which speaks t it's strength. April 26, 2016
