Great ladder when space is limited. We were able to just fit this in our minivan and drive it home with the hatch closed.
I really like the handle on the side it makes it really easy to carry by my self.
When extended fully it was a little wobbly walking up the latter. It was more stiff than my 23' werner multi-telescoping ladder, but not as stiff as my 40' werner 2 piece extension ladder.
I found it easy to lift the extension up and lower them down without much hassle. A+ for not having to deal with a rope that is on a standard 2-piece extension ladder.

good ladder, just in three sections which is different to raise. Otherwise very good and just what I needed.

I love this ladder for these reasons: lightweight, I can carry/move/raise by myself, can store easily and I'm more productive. Also I can strap it to my stepladder to make it a freestanding (considering balance weight)

Before purchasing I read the reviews. One said the ladder was wobbly. I enlisted a friend to spot for me to stabilize it. The next time I used it he was not available so I came up with a solution...I suspended a 5-gallon bucket of water with a bungie chord from one of the rungs and that seemed to dampen the wobble.

I chose this ladder because I needed the height and the ability to transport it in my van. I am pleased with the handle and securing straps that come with the ladder because it enables easy movement and setup.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by stoneer3 Compact size
I like the way it is designed, it's compact size makes it easy to store it. It has a nylon strap handle on the side to make it easy to tote. The size alone is convenient for transporting, although when fully extended it seems like it's not very strong, but if you take it down one rung it feels more stable. It suits my needs, I don't use it daily, but it gets me where I need to reach when I do use it.

(Except for maybe my Mac Mini with fusion drive). 9' is often perfect, then you get three rungs to stand on. At 24' this ladder is as stable as other Type II ladders. All the conveniences of size make it well worth $30 more than the 2 section. I got to the register with it and realized it was missing its rope system, then I figured out it didn't need it. This is the ladder design of the future. A Type III like this should be in every pros tool kit. And I would get a II until they make one.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Landlord Compact, innovative design.
I purchased this so I could store in my garage and use to access a second story roof on an appartment from the first floor stair landing. An equivalent 24' two section ladder is too long for my small truck and garage. This ladder, when retracted, is shorter and easier to manuever and to transport. It also feels sturdy and durable. However, it is heavier than expected. It is also somewhat more difficult to retract than I expected. Probably because it weighs more than I thought it would and is bulky due to the 3 sections. It can feel top heavy at times so I need to ensure the first section is extended as far as possible so the two remaining sections are closer to the ground level. It is also difficult for me to get used to stepping on 3 levels of rungs. Overall, it is a nice product if you need a compact ladder that is tall but it is slightly heavier and bulky than an equivalent 24' two section ladder.
