We do have replacement parts. Although, to determine the correct part number, we will need to know your model number and the Mark/MK number of your ladder. You can find this information by going to the following website:

Customer Reviews

Rated 4.6 out of 5 by 198 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Easy to handle for one person. Lightweight. October 30, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Wobbly I bought this ladder to clean the gutters on my home which are about 19 feet up and extended the ladder to the second to last rung. As I ascended the ladder, I reached 1/2 way before the wobble and bounce stopped me in my tracks. I was probably only standing at 10 feet. This ladder flexes a lot. There's are a lot of positive comments. I'm really surprised this ladder underperformed. I'll be returning it shortly. October 16, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good ladder Does the job- easy to use. Pretty lightweight. I do wish the cleats on the bottom were more well suited for using on a side angle but either way it's a good ladder October 18, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Too heavy and cumbersome for my needs As a ladder, it performed well. For a woman, too long and cumbersome to carry alone, and a nightmare to store. As my ladder is for household use only, Xtend and Climb ladders better meet my needs. They reach the necessary heights, and are so light and easy to carry and for storage. Highly recommended for single ladies. Don't buy this ladder, try Xtend and Climb instead. September 17, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Do I weigh 50 pounds less on the ladder? I've had a 225 pound rated 20' Werner extension since I weighed 180 pounds. Now I weigh 275 pounds. The ladder still works, showing no signs of strain. Maybe I lose 50 pounds when I step on to it. I bought a 24' today because in the years since I bought the 20 footer, I have gotten shorter and need the extra reach the 24 footer provides. September 26, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Easy Easy to use and very light and durable. I have a cathedral ceiling and getting the up there was simple with this ladder. September 6, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent utility ladder Excellent extention ladder. Good quality and sturdy construction. August 9, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good light ladder I found this ladder very easy to use and definitely easy to carry around. If you're really scared of heights this may not be the best for you because of the fact that it's light-maybe you'd want something heavier and more substantial. But I didn't have any problems using it (190lbs). July 12, 2016
