Answer:
The highest duty rating of ladder that Werner Co manufactures is rated at 375lbs. We do not suggest exceeding that duty rating for safety purposes. We do manufacture a Green Bull model that has a duty rating of 500lbs. Please see the 2232 series of Green Bull ladder. This ladder goes up to a height of 12ft which has a max reach of 16ft.

Answer:
I don't weight that much but this thing is rock solid, it's why I bought fiberglass over aluminum. Also, it is heavier to move around. Buy the ladder support for this model same time, it makes you feel like you are just walking up steps and not on a wobbly ladder, and it snaps on and off easily.

The D6224-2 fiberglass extension ladder has a maximum weight capacity of 300 pounds. The weight capacity of the ladder includes the user plus any materials that are on the ladder. The weight capacity should never be exceeded while on a ladder.

Fiberglass ladders tend to have D shaped rungs that are flat on the stepping side. They are more expensive than aluminum ladders though.

Answer:
How tall is the wall there? Use a tape measure to roughly measure the wall below the trim in question. That will give you a rough idea of what length ladder to purchase. Also take into account whether the ground below the space is flat/sloping, etc. as you may also need leg levelers. Also buy a little more height than you need too.

The 24 Ft. ladder is a wonderful ladder but way to much for this job. I would use a 10 foot glass step ladder myself. Gives you all the height you need with a little working table at the top.

Rated 4.7 out of 5 by 91 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great sturdy easy to use ladder This ladder holds well with nice strong-gripping feet. Adjusting it is easy. One gripe is the ground needs to be very level, but ladders with those features cost a lot more so it's expected. September 2, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Ladder Ladder was pretty easy to move for length due to fiberglass. Very sturdy (rated 300 lb) and made me feel safe climbing to high gutters August 30, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by It's a ladder. Well built, was pleasantly surprised that they have pre drilled mounting holes for levelers and stableisers. The foot design is nice too August 23, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Fiberglass Ladders Fiberglass ladders are one of our most important tools of our trade. It usually takes about 3 -4 trips to different stores to find one not damaged. For example...My crew thought they found one in Lady Lake Florida store, but when they brought it back, I took the cardboard off it and it was split / cracked. We took it back to the store in Ocala Florida and returned it. We waited a couple of weeks and finally found one that wasn't damaged at the Ocala store. Now you want to hear a really funny one! HomeDepot doesn't sell 16' ladder in the store. So I ordered one and it shipped to the Ocala Florida store. They emailed me my crew went and picked it and guess what? It was damaged. June 28, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by VERY good buy! Ladder is very sturdy, strong and well made. The feet adjust with ease. It moves up and down the way it should. The only issue is that it is a bit heavy. June 29, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 300 lb. Extension Ladder Lader is just what we needed. Long and heavy weight limit so when we carry heavy items up the ladder. Its heavy, but that was exoected. Good quality ladder. May 14, 2016
