Rated 4.9 out of 5 by 9 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Super Sturdy Ladder This ladder is very stable and feels like it will last for decades. I do wish that the tool shelf was removable . It gets caught up when sliding into my truck on top of other ladders. Also, the aluminum edges of the rungs could be filed down a bit so they don't hurt your hand when you carry. Overall, I have made the decision to only buy the aluminum top ladders. They just last longer. August 18, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Rock-solid! Oh yeah! One can't go wrong with making this their #1 top choice for a very nice step ladder that will serve most folk well with an 8' interior ceiling. In the past I had purchased and still have in my possession the 10, 8 & 6 foot ladders of this superior weight class. It's truly mind boggling to me why one won't step-up to the top and purchase the heaviest rating of ladders. Of course it costs more, but have an accident with a cheaper, less beefy ladder... put yourself out of work... foot your medical bills - all while laying in bed... let alone the pain and suffering that rides parallel of having an unfortunate accident... and you will forever be laying there, staring up and the ceiling and wondering to yourself why in the world you had settled to serve you... and those in your family, for something less. I think a lot of people look at their own weight and make a poor judgement of what would suit them. Minimum standards doesn't cut the cake. Never has. Never will. So when considering your weight, add some tools with that worker... carrying up a window with you, lift a cross-beam... and before you know it you're taxing-out that weight limit. Yes, I imagine they are really over-rated anyway... for lawsuit purposes. But why roll the dice on such a tool that you can and will use for the rest of your life? That is why this is my 4th ladder that it rated for 375 lb. class. I take pride in ALL of my tools... and a ladder is right up there at the top of being the most important tool that will safely get you up there to a safe working height. Bottom line is that this ladder, and its first cousins... deserves that stealth 6th star rating. May 19, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Transaction Ladder was just what we needed. Shipped to store worked well. March 22, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very Solid Ladder I couldn't be happier with this ladder. It seems to be really well built and has an incredibly stable platform, especially considering its light weight. Even when standing near the top, it feels secure. The included paint bucket tray on this model was a really nice touch and has come in handy, as have the premolded cut outs for screwdrivers and other tools. I was nervous about the price prior to ordering, but overall, I'm glad that I went with this model. March 1, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by comrs in very handy was purchased for safety concerns , not just for me, but for the other members of my family as well. Feel it may very well save an accident. December 22, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Werner 12' Fiberglass Ladder Great ladder to work with. Stable footings, easy to climb with items in hand or tool belt. Easy to move compared to a wooden ladder of the same size. Bright yellow color for safety. This is my second Werner ladder (other is a 8') both have served me well. Well built would buy again if needed but I doubt it, these ladder will out last me. August 18, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by For those not scared of heights... We got this ladder for installing ductwork in a drop ceiling space, but soon discovered it was also necessary for changing fluorescent lights in the high bay space. Make no mistake - this is one BIG ladder - it is 12' high and when open has a spread of about 7 feet. Storage worried me - was it worth buying for a one-time use when we could alternatively rent it? But the light bulb need changed my thinking. Who wants to run to the store to rent a big ladder for changing light bulbs? It is good having it available, despite its size and storage needs. It is also well built and sturdy... as you don't want a wobbly ladder when you are 12 feet off the ground and manuervering around obstacles. Maybe a load rating of 375 lbs is a bit of overkill - how many people weighing 375 lbs will be climbing up this ladder? But it is good to not have to worry about the load. April 21, 2015
