CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 4.8 out of 5 by 105 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very nice product for it's job. This product is very strong and stable. The only problem we had so far with it, is that it is very heavy and somewhat tough for even 2 people to handle. August 26, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Heavy duty ladder Heavy duty ladder needs two people to move around safely. But if you need to get high it does the trick. July 1, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Worth a little extra for fiberglass As a new homeowner, I was throwing around the idea of buying the cheapo aluminum one, but am glad I took my dear 'ol dad's advice and bought this fiberglass one (he's an electrician). It's MUCH sturdier than the other one, and how often do you buy ladders anyways? Pros: Sturdy Foot hinges prevent movement without getting ladder dirty Ladder can rest on slightly uneven surfaces b/c of feet Easy to use Durable Cons: A little heavy for a wimp like me to move by myself - you'll probably be fine November 3, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Sturdy & Heavy Used it in NC to repair soffitt 18' up. Takes 2 to fully extend and position safely. A little shaky on top, but felt safe. Be careful of the pull rope as you go up and down. November 3, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome ladder I purchased this ladder to clean my gutters on my second story home. I am a big guy (6'4" 270 lbs) and felt very comfortable and stable on this ladder even when fully extended to the 27 ft. July 28, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Werner makes a quality 300 lb. load capacity extension ladder. The Werner 24' extension ladder is actually 21' long when fully extended. This length is not identified on the Home Depot web site or on any literature attached to the ladder. I returned the ladder to Home Depot since it would not reach the desired location. I will need a 28' ladder which is actually 25' long. This review is to assist others in choosing the correct ladder length. May 18, 2011
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great deal for a sturdy ladder As an electrician we needed a ladder to do service upgrades and this is a great ladder but unfourtunately it was not tall enough so we exchanged it for a 32' ladder because many electric services are too high for a 24' ladder. January 6, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very good well built ladder This ladder is well built and well worth the money. Very sturdy and alot better than the flimsy aluminum ladder i had. August 18, 2015
