Customer Reviews

Rated 2.3 out of 5 by 4 reviewers.
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not worth it Bought Weslock hardware for all 4 entry doors of my home because they looked nice and were inexpensive. I found out after I purchased them that only a locksmith was capable of rekeying the hardware. Furthermore, I would only have two keys because nobody carries the blank keys. I contacted the company who was nice enough to rekey everything and provide me with a bunch of extra keys. I just had to pay to ship the hardware to them. Two years later one of the entry levers is sagging and not opening properly. Yes it is the most used door in our house, but give me a break. Not like we are coming and going 100 times a day. Now, I have to pay for a new one to be shipped and deal with having it rekeyed. When the Weslock hardware fails again in the future I will be throwing it away and buying one of the big brands. It will be cheaper in the long run. Purchase price + shipping to be rekeyed + warranty shipping every 2 years for the length of warranty (10 yrs.) + my time + my traveling expense = more spent than saved. Lesson learned!!! Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Dont waste your money Less than 6 months after installing this I open the door only to find the outside handle is sagging and is obviously broken. I cannot leave my front door wide open when its 14 degrees outside let alone how do I lock my door? Its 6 am and I have to go go to work, now what do I do? How do I return this? February 12, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by looks good but... product arrived without keys. Local Home Depot store couldn't make keys for this product stating they don't carry this type of blank. The extra expense to get keys made out weighed the savings for this product. December 12, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Love it It was easy to install. Looks great on my new door which I also got at Home Depot. My only complaint would be that for this style of door knob it hits just below the door know wall protector so there is a little dent in my wall. I will be buying new wall protectors to solve that problem. It is a perfect fit and reasonably priced. June 26, 2012
