Side Outlet Overflow with Tip-Toe Trim and 2-Hole Overflow Cover, Satin Nickel is rated 2.5 out of 5 by 2.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from As the other reviewer mentioned the metal compression fittings used on the design do not work....... As the other reviewer mentioned the metal compression fittings used on the design do not work.....period. I replaced the brass compression washers with the typical plastic versions and everything snugged down nice and tight. Westbrass needs to hire a reliable resource to re-design this overflow since there are very few side outlet options available to homeowners.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from COMPRESSION FITTINGS WON'T TIGHTEN DOWN I do most of my own remodeling, and I've worked with compression fittings in the past with no problems. For this project, I happened to call in a journeyman plumber (20 years experience - he knows what he's doing) to install this part that I ordered because I wanted to make sure that it was put in correctly. He installed this part onto the tub first, and tightened all the fittings as tightly as he could BEFORE we put the tub in place and made the final connection to the trap from below. When we tested for leaks the tub held water just fine, but when we pulled the drain plug this drain/overflow unit leaked from every one of it's compression fittings. My plumber tried tightening the fittings more from below to no avail. He then pulled the tub out and disassembled the assembly to discover that the compression fittings were still so loose that you could easily slide the pipes out. He reassembled everything again and this time he REALLY cranked on all the fittings as hard as he could - when we put the tub back in and tested it we got the same results as the first time. Ended up buying a different brand that is made of ABS and assembles with ABS glue. Buying this product was a waste of $100 not to mention the money I paid my plumber to try and install it.
