Is this compatable with LED bulbs?

Will this work with LED type bulbs? I've converted almost all of my 60 watt incandescent bulbs to the Phillips 10.5w LED flat bulbs that I get at HD. The comments I see for the photo-cell screw-in controller talk about the amount of light loss. Would you expect the same type of loss with the LED bulbs?

CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 2.0 out of 5 by 24 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Works Well Ok, I have tried at least 10 dusk till dawn adapters over the past years and this model works the best. Is it perfect? No, the lights turn on a little too early and off a little too late, but still better than the other brands. Wish it was black rather than gray, but gray is still better than white. The price is low when compared to the others. So overall, I am very happy. June 6, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by it works light doesn't always shut completely off,but seams to do the job December 15, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by worthless I bought 4 of these total and 3 of them failed over 6 months. don't waste your money. HD used to sell these in the store and I figured at $6, it was worth a try. like the reviews say, look elsewhere. I was able to return one and switch, but unfortunately, it's too late to return the rest of them now (no packaging and don't sell in store) May 28, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Don't Bother I liked the idea of this product. An easy, screw-in fixture to work with the sun. However, it simply doesn't work. Without using the included tubes, the light flashed on and off when dusk approached. I figured the reflection from the plastic light enclosure triggered the sensor. It shouldn't be that sensitive for crying out loud! There are three (3) plastic hollow tubes of varying length that slide into the sensor well. It limits extraneous light from hitting the sensor. Well, with any length the rapid on/off cycle hasn't happened - but the sensor now plays no role at all. It just stays on all the time.So while the product is inexpensive - you get nothing for it. Try something else. June 10, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Works well Although I think a manual aperture on the photo-sensitive eye would improve the product, this one turn the LED lamp on about a half hour after sunset. (To give you an approximation of the lux level trigger point). The low price and ideal functionality make this a good purchase. (Just need to keep the bugs from setting up a home inside the photo-eye tunnel) October 21, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by worked as I expected , did what I wanted it to do , will buy more when I need one or two.thanks for all your great products. was easy to install more or less plug and play great product October 28, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Limits amount of light Does not say on the front of the package, you have to read the tiny print on the back. But, these units limit the amount of light. The tiny print on the back says they reduce the power by 20% to 25% to save energy. However, when I tried 40 watt bulbs, the light output was much less than my 25 watt bulbs in the fixtures on the front of my garage. When I tried 60 watt bulbs, they looked exactly like the 40 watt bulbs. End result, three 60 watt bulbs did not light any of my front yard. The amount of light was reduced way too much. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by product is no good This product will not work if you shut the power off and back on the light will not come back on. it's like the device needs some type of reset. I don't like it. would like to return it. this device does not work inside any type of light coving either. it will flicker on and off. May 13, 2014
