The blade balancing kit includes 2-5 gram self-adhering weights and 1 balancing clip. There are also instructions on how to use this kit. You should only need 1 blade balancing kit per fan.
This kit appears to be for Westinghouse. Will it balance a Costa Mesa 56" fan with an 18" downrod?

I bought this to try and fix a very wobbly fan in my office. In normal circumstances, I am sure the balancing kit would be fine. In my case, I need to replace the entire fan. We had to do extensive painting and repairs in the offices recently. The fan was taken down for the painting and was put up again, but a part was/is missing, so I will need to buy a new fan.
