Product Overview

With a brushed nickel finish, reversible graphite/silver blades, and three adjustable spotlights, the Westinghouse Vector Elite 52 in. indoor ceiling fan has a sleek, contemporary style. Ideal for rooms up to 360 sq. ft. with standard 8 ft. ceilings, this fan features a 153 mm x 17 mm cold-rolled steel motor with triple capacitor for powerful, quiet air circulation. Three speeds (high/medium/low) and a reversible switch help keep you comfortable all year-round. The ceiling fan provides airflow of up to 4,860 CFM. It is rated to operate at 65 W at high speed (without lights), which gives it an airflow efficiency rating of 75 CFM/W. (As a comparison, 49 in. to 60 in. ceiling fans have airflow efficiencies ranging from approximately 51 to 176 CFM/W at high speed.) The Vector Elite is remote control adaptable and comes with everything you need for installation, including a 3/4 in. x 4 in. (D x L) down rod, a 78 in. lead wire, and 3 GU10-base 50 W MR16 halogen light bulbs. It is backed by a lifetime motor warranty and a 2-year warranty on all other parts.

Customer Reviews

Rated 3.5 out of 5 by 11 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by the look and function After reading the reviews I was skeptical in buying this product but I would have to say that we absolutely love it. It works great, it is very quite, moves the air, good lighting(it is more of a spotlight, but we can deal with that), and the blades do not hit like some of the other reviews were saying. The only complaint is...the instructions were vague and did not give a clear guidance. Thank goodness my husband had installed a few fans before because he was able to make sense of it all. But overall the ceiling fan gives our living room a great contemp look! April 9, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Hard to install/ Blade hits top... Overall this is a good fan. It was difficult to install due to bad color-coding of wire diagram in the instruction manual and weight of fan having to be held up high for quite a while during the process of stuffing the remaining wire leads into the small tube with wire nuts attached. Also, at least one blade taps randomly on the top making a noise from time to time. The fan wobbles a bit to exacerbate this. I managed to get it up and working, can and will modify it a bit to stop the tapping, and love the look. The lights are bright, but because they are halogen let off a little heat. I gave this a fan a four star rating because how much I appreciate its design, its ability to move air, and its price. Problems are overlooked, I love it. July 17, 2011
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good looking fan Very cool and stylish looking fan we got for the rec room. Ties in nicely with all the gadgets which are usually dark and black. Have not used it much and got it installed. So can't speak to the ease of installation or quality. The lights are rather small and cannot be used to light up a whole room. You do need separate lights in the room. Plus the lights are focusing lights. So there will be three lit areas. It is good to avoid glare on tv as you can turn the lights away from the tv. Overall love it. December 10, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by The product is very attractive and stylish. It is exactly what I expected . It was a little difficult to install as I have 15 ft cieling . One thing to note you need 2 sets of romex to be able to use a remote switch to control the fan.(3 wires). The only drawback is it does not move large amounts of air . Even on fastest speed. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Stylish and Functional Love this fan! It's quiet, looks unique, and the lights are included. Easy to install also. Not something you will see in everywhere! February 4, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by This ceiling fan has a contemporary and sleek design. The design and color is what drew me to this ceiling fan. Its modern look and color was perfect (light and dark grey). However, the three lights do not illuminate the room with sufficient light so now I have to buy a floor lamp for my room. I recommend this product only if you don't need additional lighting in your room and want a cool looking ceiling fan. October 3, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Goes well in the living area I like the smaller type for the bedrooms, and this one for the living area. August 21, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Form over function Yes, it is very attractive, but that is where its value ends. The lights were not bright enough and the fan always made noise. We have installed several fans before this and this was the only one that never really functioned well. March 1, 2012
