Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Thor It took care of the moss problem
I had watched a Youtube video where a guy had used this product but I didn't get the same results as he had. It did indeed do the job but it took an entire day for the moss to die off and discolor.
I have a cabin that's back in the woods that also has moss on the roof and am looking to use this product there too, I will update this review after I take care of that problem.
I just used a 1 Gal. hand sprayer and mixed it 3 to 1 not the recommended 5 to 1. I am thinking back to the video and I assume he was using the stuff straight, because the moss died right in front of the camera, within minutes.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by DannyU Excellent so far
I'm really not crazy about writing a review so soon after a purchase but unless something unforseen happens I think it is safe to say that I think this stuff is great. I sprayed it on my shed roof that was loaded with algae from being under a tree and seeing very little sun if any. I rubbed the big stuff off with a broom before I sprayed and really soaked it down with the remover liguid using a small pump sprayer. It has only been about 2 weeks since I sprayed it and it already has turned brown and the rain washed some of it away. It says on the bottle that it may take a month or more to fully do it's job so I am very happy with the results so far.

My Trex deck gets black mold spots on it in certain areas. I've cleaned it with bleach type cleaners especially formulated for this problem. The mold keep coming back. However, it has not spread . I believe Wet N Forget has stopped this. It also keeps the deck much cleaner. I have only cleaned it once in the 7 years it's been installed. I apply it at dusk after the sun goes down, in cooler weather. That way it doesn't evaporate, but really soaks into the deck.
In my opinion, this is a great product that I will always use !

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Awbitzie Great Product -- Highly Recommend
I bought a gallon of Wet & Forget a year ago "to try." I was leary that it would work on my badly stained driveway and walks. I didn't have enough to finish the whole driveway and all sidewalks, but first treated the worst of the mold and mildewed surfaces. As time went by, I was amazed that it made my 17 year old driveway look like new! It is so much easier to spend a couple hours spraying-on W&F than it is to spend all day power-washing, not to mention the savings for water/sewer charges! I bought 2 more gallons of Wet & Forget this fall to insure I would have enough to do my double driveway and sidewalks. I don't anticipate the need to use it every year. I highly recommend Wet & Forget. It's easy, it saves time and doesn't waste our valuable water! You mix 2-1/2 cups of Wet & Forget to one gallon of water.

I had some concrete in my backyard that turned green from watering my plants. I was using a power washer once a week to keep it it clean. Saw this advertisement for Wet and forget and decided to try it. Well it is wonderful! Put it in a pump sprayer sprayed the areas that were green and within a few hours the green was gone! Love this product!

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Ratchley Misleading product information.
When you read the product information on the web page it fails to mention that it can take up to 6 months for the product to accomplish any removal. You will need to wait until you receive the product and read the instructions on the bottle. Somewhat misleading I think.

Tried to use it on my cedar fence. Don't see any results after 4 weeks. I know the directions state that it can take up to 6-12 months before it clears up. I'll update if anything changes.
