Product Overview

This Whirlpool 21.3 cu. ft. side-by-side refrigerator puts ice within easy reach and creates more space in the freezer. The In-Door-Ice system creates extra space on the top freezer shelf by moving the ice bin from the freezer compartment to inside the freezer door. It also features a removable ice bucket for easy access to ice. A flush exterior dispenser provides a smooth, sleek appearance and offers cold, filtered water and ice without opening the door. LED lighting also makes finding fresh and frozen food items easy by casting a natural-looking light on the contents of your refrigerator. The Accu-Chill temperature management system cools food quickly and saves energy.

Answer:
epf, There isn't a distance restriction on the supply line. As long as you supply a cold water supply with water pressure of between 30 and 120 psi (207 and 827 kPa) to the refrigerator is meets the requirements to operate the water dispenser and ice maker.

Answer:
Would you be referring to the WRS335FDDM? If so, the primary difference is the the WRS335FDMM and the WRS331FDMM is the width and cu ft capacity. The WRS331 is 33" wide and 21 cu ft whereas the WRS335 is 36" wide and 25 cu ft. Hope this helps.
Thanks

Answer:
Be,
I was unable to pull up the WRS332FDDM on the website, only the WRS331FDDM. There would be very minor differences if any between the models. Thank you.

Readytopurchase,
The interior dimensions of the freezer are not available. This particular SxS is 21.3 cu ft which is on the smaller side of Side by Side refrigerators. However, it is ideal for customers that have width restrictions as this model is only 33" wide. My suggestion would be to view the interior images on the product page especially with food to get an idea of what this model will hold. Thank

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice fit for the kitchen Nice looking. Size is sufficient for the space. I like the ice maker in the door because it allows extra space in the freezer. March 22, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Product Very useful features such as the well lit interior with LED lighting, the adjustable glass shelves and the front mounted water filter cartridge. Highly recommended. October 22, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by I hate this refrigerator! I am very disappointed in this refrigerator. The settings are as high as possible and the drinks are still not cold when you take them out. The freezer is so small I can barely fit my arms in there much less anything else. I wish I could take it back and replace with a different one. October 18, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Very disappointed Very Disappointed Refrigerator purchased from Home Depot on November 10th, 2014. Delivered on November 14th. After delivery noticed that display was faulty, ice-maker was inoperative (tray did not fill with water), freezer door was binding and there was a dent in refrigerator door. Called for warranty service. Technician ordered replacement parts. Claimed 6-8 weeks before parts would be available. Don't know if replacement parts will fix the problems. Meanwhile the warranty (from date of purchase) gets closer to expiration. Home Depot refused to replace refrigerator. December 17, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Lasted 8 months... Had to buy this overpriced junk because the fridge space in our new house is less than a standard refrigerator's width. Cheaper than remodeling the whole kitchen, I guess, but I have my doubts when the ice dispenser breaks after 8 months of use. Service call under warranty is a week away. Had to pay $500.00 more for this special size, and it's junk. How hard is it to just build things right? Older dispenser designs were rugged and there was no delay in dispensing ice. Now, almost all of them have this annoying delay, while you wonder if it's going to work or not. Apparently, there's no way to know these things prior to purchase unless you happen to have operated the same model in somebody else's home. May 4, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Disapointed To be clear, the review has nothing to do with the product but more so the combined service effort of Home Depot and Whirlpool. Today I received this unit with the rear wheel missing, after talking with both the delivery driver and the delivery warehouse they referred me to Home Depot, I then called Home Depot. Home Depot then refereed me to Whirlpool saying it was a Whirlpool issue. After going through two different departments at Whirlpool I finally got a hold of someone who could send me the wheel, all I would have to do is tilt fridge forward, have someone hold it in place long enough to install the wheel that required a rivet installed to complete installation..I told the individual from Whirlpool "this does not sound like a simple operation so cant we just get a service appointment scheduled". She informed no we couldn't unless I wanted to go back to Home Depot as since it was less than 48 hours it was their responsibility to resolve vs Whirlpools, something that everyone from Home Depot left out when I was discussing this issue with them in the very beginning. So now I have a refrigerator that rocks, that I have to have someone hold in order to put a wheel on so it wont rock and hope they dont drop the thing before installation is complete as of course if they did that would not be covered. Pretty sad customer service in my opnion for a brand new product that had not even been plugged in yet. May 12, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by It looks great in our kitchen. We like the fridge in every way, except it occasionally dispenses a few random ice cubes through the door and onto the kitchen floor. Also sometimes ice cubes end up in various places throughout the freezer. We use the through the door ice dispenser often. We always have plenty of ice for drinks and thermoses. October 22, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Bad freezeer & ice maker design This product is made up cheap. Not near as nice as my last Whirlpool refrigerator. The freezer side has the worst design for the shelves I've ever seen. Not solid as they should be so your frozen foods won't fall through to the next shelf but has racks which even small ice cream cups can't even stand up on. They fall over. Whoever designed the ice-maker for this product really made a mess of it. The ice has shot out of the maker onto the floor while I was trying to put things into the freezer. Condensation (ice crystals) form on the basket which holds the ice and when I have dumped the basket there is ice crystals all under it and on the working part of the ice chopper..... really not what I expected at all....
