Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by MikeSr Does not have a flat back so it does not fit flush when pushed in.
The range is nice and works great, but there is a 2 inch panel sticking out of the back of the range beyond the cook top so there is a 2 inch gap between the stove top and the counter. My old stove had a flat back and I expected this one to have a flat back as well, but it doesn't, so now I have to modify my countertop (Ugh!) or see if I can get a different model with a flat back. It would have ben nice to see a picture from the top looking straight down so I could have seen that there is a 2 inch panel sticking out past the top of the stovetop.....

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Cook / Software designer / Foodie Flimsy, so many design flaws, where to start...
We recently ought this stove as a replacement for a 1990 Jenn-Air. Due to limited space, here is a brief summary of each problem instead of an in-depth exploration of the issues: Inaudible timer, beeps once instead of repeatedly, does not show time elapsed since timer went off. Almost impossible to cancel the timer, easy to turn the oven off by accident while trying to cancel timer. Poor display design, user should be able to choose whether they want the display to show clock, timer or oven temp by default, and toggle between them and have the oven respect their choice. Oven temp indicator does not show a drop in temperature even when one has occurred, a below-temperature reading is only shown at the time the oven is first turned on and has not come up to temperature for the first time yet. Over-temperature is NEVER shown, as if by conscious choice, to fool the consumer into not noticing their oven has gotten too hot. The only way to see the actual temperature is to cancel "Bake", and start it again, with a temperature goal well in excess of the temp you wanted. If you do this you will find the oven was 10 or 15 degrees too hot all along but was not willing to let you see it. Should be able to toggle display, to see either desired temp or actual current temp. The oven temperature cannot be adjusted in the range of 100 to 140 degrees F (145F is the lowest setting in the "Keep Warm" cycle). Why not???? Bread, yoghurt, yeast baking, all require mild warm temperatures and long cycle length (4-16 hours or more). Flimsy stovetop, buckles when heated; also, elements in holders warp somehow and get badly out of level so that frying oil all runs to one side. Door is uniquely permeable to spatter & staining, so that all layers of the door glass get filthy and oven window can only be cleaned by dismantling door. Black stovetop surface shows every fingerprint and smear as clearly as if it was spraypaint graffiti, looks awful even when clean by any normal standard.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Grace Looks nice but black top is hard to keep clean.
The main problem with this range is that it didn't fit in the space where the previous range was and Home Depot charges a lot of money to come and install it, possibly cutting the space bigger. I thought ranges were a standard size.

If we went out to get our own stove we would look for gas and a few other features we care about a lot. This stove came with the house we bought, so we didn't get to choose. The good news is that we've been very happy with it anyway. Even though it isn't gas, it heats up very quickly and manages temperature better than I assumed it would. The self cleaning feature is nice, and along with a pizza stove everything we've baked has cooked fairly evenly. The buttons are easy to figure out (I hate when the timer and the clock features or the cancel button get mixed up), and it doesn't require the cleaning the glass-top unit in our old place did. This has been a nice stove for us so far.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Teresa Stated measurements are inaccurate
The stated measurements on the specifications are not accurate. There is a 2 inch vent on the back that you will need to slide under the counter. Also, the sides have a 1/8 inch bump on each side which required an additional 1/4 cut from the counter opening just to slide the stove in. The burners don't stay down. The oven grates tilt down in the front when you pull them out, causing whatever you have on there to slide off the front. When inquiring about efficiency, I was told it was not energy efficient, so there are no ratings. It's not worth the money spent.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by jvonier Simple, easy, looks good.
We bought the stainless steel range while renovating our kitchen. It was difficult to find a stylish slide-in, so I was impressed with how well this range looks in our kitchen. Combined with granite countertops, it was the perfect upgrade for a reasonable price. Its coil burners and oven heat up quickly and cook evenly, and the drawer is nice for extra storage for pots and pans. The drawer's handle stuck out too far for our dishwasher to open, so we simply took it off and I think it looks even better. I don't know if it's because we had a 30-year-old range for so long, but I have truly enjoyed cooking on this range.
