Bought this range because I always liked Whirlpool, and this was replacement range for my used-up, broken down 'contractor's cheapie range. The Whirlpool range has excellent oven temperature, great glass front with window, the burners and top are nicely fitted, and the digital readout gives you a great progressive oven temp readout. It also has 'extras' I didn't expect at this price-point, such as a 'keep warm" feature; 2 burners are higher power also. The only thing I thought they could have done better would have been to enamel or high-temp paint the under-burner area on the stove (when you lift the top to clean, it's just metal). But for everything else, I'm lovin' it ! The delivery guys were great too.

Purchased this stove to replace one I just got tired of, and wanted an all white stove, so this one fit my needs. So far it has performed very well, the oven temp. has been true to the temperature I want.
Stove top works well and is very easy to clean.

Consumer Reports gave this stove an excellent rating for features and I agree, it does all that I need. However, It is relatively cheap from a price standpoint and the build quality reflects the price. I was not able to see it in the store prior to buying or I probably would have opted for more quality. I would advise looking and touching before buying.

I had scheduled a service appoint for today between 8 AM and noon. The tech called at 11:45 and indicated that he was running a little late. He said that he would be here within an hour. He arrived an hour and a half later. I showed him in and pointed to the oven. I then said that his tardiness had cost me several thousand dollars. He replied, "Then why didm"t I buy a new oven." I then asked him to, Just fix it." Upon which he left the premises. I immediately called the Experience Center and explained what just happened. I was put on hold and then told that I was rude and should not expect any service with that kind of attitude. I was then offered another appointment next week, leaving me with out an oven for five (5) more days. I asked to speak with a supervisor, was put on hold again, and then told that I would be called back. This is terrible customer service both on the phone and in the field. No apologies, no concern. Nothing. I will never buy another Whirlpool appliance.
