As for the control lock error, my suggestion would be to unplug the appliance. Leave it unplugged for several minutes and allow the control panel to reset, then plug back in. If you can not access the plug, then shut the breaker off for several minutes and then turn back on. If this does not work, then call The Home Depot/ Whirlpool Corporation Hotline at 877.461.3376, Option 2, Option 1. Thank you for viewing this Whirlpool home appliance and being our customer. CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 4.5 out of 5 by 432 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointing We ordered the same stove from another vender and five times were sent a damaged stove (like something had been dropped on it). Then we ordered from Home Depot. The stove looked like it may have been dropped and was dented on the back near the floor. Since the damage couldn't be seen when the stove was installed, we decided to keep it. The stove top works, but the oven takes forever to preheat (30 minutes plus) and then when it supposedly reaches the appropriate temperature, it is actually only about half of that. We tried for three days to make it work and finally called Whirlpool. They confirmed that the oven was misbehaving and said they would send a repair person on Friday, but Friday came and nothing happened. We learned we had never gotten on the list for repairs because they were too busy. Now the repair person is scheduled to come this Friday. It has been weeks since we have had an oven to use. The whole experience has been very disappointing and we haven't seen the end yet. July 22, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by White ice & Stainless mix I couldn't find stainless appliances without all the black sides and accents in my price range so I decided on the white ice range and white ice microwave with a whirlpool stainless refrigerator. This allowed me to keep my less than a year old Bosch dishwasher. My kitchen still has a light and airy feel which I enjoy. Once I paint my cabinets and redo my countertop, I think it will look even nicer. I'm very happy with the range and microwave, although I didn't expect the microwave door to be slightly unaligned or for one of the range knobs to wiggle around slightly when the other knobs dont:( October 28, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by this stove looks great cook top works awsome convection cooking is a treat and the fact it saves you time and money is another great benefit for sure a keeper January 22, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Aqualift Self Clean is HORRIBLE I bought this model over a year ago. Hadn't used the oven very much. I just recently had to clean the oven. I followed the directions of removing the racks (they needed cleaning too), put the water in the bottom & turned it on for the 40 mins it recommends. When the cycle was complete, I still had to scrub to get it clean. I am used to self cleaning ovens that get hot enough to incinerate the "mess" into a grey powder that you can just wipe off. This cycle actually baked the grime on so it had to be scrubbed /scraped off. If you use/clean your oven often, this is NOT the model for you. February 14, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Cleaning I love the look of this oven it matches the refrigerator I purchased . I had a ten year old oven and when my older oven cleaned it left ashes from the soil . this oven is disappointing in its cleaning function. If you have grease from cooking the aqua cleaning system only heats the water but the grease does not come off until you actually go inside and scrape or wipe the interior off you may as well not have a self cleanIng. Additionally the electric element. At the top of the oven must be physically removed by taking screws out to clean the top of the oven Had I known how difficult it would be to clean the oven I would not purchased it. December 16, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by My new stove I have been using this for 3 months and love it. However, I have not had a chance to use all of it's features. February 6, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great features I bought this appliance about a month ago and I really love it. It is easy to use and cooks my food great. February 5, 2016
