Rated 5 out of 5Â by BillH49 A very good oven
This Whirlpool oven appears to be a very good product, if a bit expensive. Part of that expense is the stainless steel trim. Choosing the white or black trim will take a couple of hundred dollars off the price.
In our first month with the oven, we have found that it bakes very evenly, top to bottom and side to side. It bakes much more evenly than the older Jenn-Aire we replaced.
Another plus is that the oven does not heat up the surrounding cabinet nearly as much as our older oven did. This may lead to a problem for some users. The oven is double wall construction. A fan runs most of the time the oven is in use, bringing in cooling air around the oven and exhausting warm air through a vent below the oven door. The fan does make some noise and this may be objectionable to some users with small, enclosed kitchens. You should listen to the oven in the store before purchasing. While the low noise of the fan does not bother us, it was found to be objectionable by at least one reviewer.
We found the controls easy to use although the membrane switches require a firm push to operate. Again, not a problem for us.
The interior lights are bright and makes viewing the inside of the oven through the large window easy. The display is colorful and informative. The manual is pretty good, with operating instructions and tips for baking.
IMPORTANT: Home Depot's price often includes delivery and haul-away, but does not include removal of the old oven from the cabinet and installation of the new oven. This is a separate charge handled by a third-party contractor. We had a bad experience with installation as the contractor measured the existing cabinet incorrectly and then was unwilling to modify the cabinet slightly to make the oven fit. We ended up not using Home Depot's contractor and instead hired an electrician to do the removal, electrical disconnection, connection and installation of the new oven. I removed a small amount of wood from the cabinet myself. This worked out very well and was not excessively expensive. Note that this oven is very heavy, about 138 lbs., so two people are needed to remove an old oven and lift the new oven into place. Also note that while this is a 27" oven (the overall width of the outside of the oven), not all 27" ovens have exactly the same interior dimensions. In this case, I had to remove about 1/2" from the width of the oven cabinet to make the oven fit. All other dimensions were OK. The electricians also had to move an electrical box, also something the Home Depot installer was unable to do.
Conclusion: If this is the oven you want, don't be put off by possible installation difficulties. It's a fine appliance and you should be very happy with it. Do check out installation options before purchasing.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Swamprat Glad I didn't trust some reviews..
I was not going to get this oven due to the bad reviews about the loud motor.. But I went ahead and bought it. I can't beleive the fan bothers some.. Must have superman hearing or I'm deaf.. Not any louder than anything else out there. Fan runs on all new ovens. This was easy to install and cooks like a pro. Very happy with the convection part, cooks very fast. Love the looks of it and have had many compliments on the oven. I am very pleased with purchase. Would highly recommend this oven.

Rated 1 out of 5Â by Michael Avoid like the Plaque
The product is nice on appearance but fails very quickly. Mine failed in 70 days in a catastrophic way. It couldn't even be removed to replace it because the door was locked closed when it failed. Whirlpool will not back the product even though they warrant it. The earliest a service rep could be called in was 6 weeks just to be told it needed to be replaced which is estimated to take 2-3 months. I wasn't able to even get an answer from the Whirlpool company. Whirlpool has no sympathy, compassion, or even cares about the customer. Avoid the Whirlpool product line like the plaque!!!!!!!!

Rated 4 out of 5Â by Baker Early review, but a good oven
The oven installed easily, the adjustment system for the oven opening size made it easy to adjust to my opening size. I have not had the oven long, but it works well, and seems to heat evenly. I haven't explored the convection performance yet.
A couple of notes: the display is set back in the control area. Not a problem if you are looking from the front but time/display gets cut off is viewed from the side. The sides of the oven are black. This was not a problem for me, but if you want a fully white appearance it could be a problem.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Scorpio Convection is the best!!!
This oven works like a charm! It cooks the food at the exact recommended baking/broiling time. The convection feature is wonderful as the food cooks evenly all the way around as the fan circulates inside. It is a beautiful appliance in my kitchen. Heavy/awkward for the DIY installer, but otherwise installs very easily. I was concerned about my baking pans because other commented that cookie sheets didn't fit. I don't know how big theirs were, but 2 fit perfectly in my oven. Although it is the same dimensions as my old oven, it seems that it is bigger inside as its easy to fit 2 baking dishes next to each other on the same rack. The others who commented on the fan that runs emitting warm air into the kitchen is correct. It is not a loud or irritating fan, but warms the kitchen slightly. I have a small kitchen so I am curious to see how hot my kitchen gets in the summer as we get over 100 degrees where I live in No. CA. Kinda nice in the cold winter though! Love my new oven!!!
