Rated 4.2 out of 5 by 48 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Lasted less 21 months Washed great until the pump broke. The stainless steel is awful with streaks that will not go away. I have a 5 year protection plan, so I am stuck with this product. Very noisy, which is bad for an open concept house. Also, the heating element went out, but I forgot about it until the pump broke. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Great when it works-- sneaky leak ruins floors and causes mold problems. I like the functionality of this product. It is quiet and get the dishes clean every time. Unfortunately after 18 months of regular use, the pump motor developed a leak that allowed approximately two cups of water to leak onto the floor each time it was used. It was not enough water that you would notice right away, so the end result was it ruined my wood floors in the kitchen and I developed a mold problem because of the excess moisture under the cabinets. This dishwasher is expensive and problems like this should not happen, particularly after less than two years or home use. For that reason, I rate this only two stars. December 26, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not quality as they say I purchased this product last April 2013. I have noticed that this is a little bit noisier than my old dishwasher but still, I thought I bought a nice looking and a good and durable machine. After a little over a year, and that's when the manufacturer's warranty has expired, I noticed a leaking that made my carpet across the kitchen wall always wet. When I checked it, there was a leaking from the bottom part. I would suspect that the problem is either the sump or the pump and motor assembly. Easily an additional cost of $200 to repair this piece of junk. November 29, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by A disappointing purchase After 8 months of light (twice-weekly) use, one of the plastic bumpers that cap the front of the upper rack has fallen off and cannot be re-secured. One of the front lower rack plastic coated vertical support spindles has worn through and rusted. I've coated it with nail polish to prevent further disintegration but consider these issues to be inordinate wear and tear. I would rate wash quality as marginal as it does not remove lipstick from glasses and cups or well rinsed knives used for peanut butter. June 17, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Hummm, not so much I have had many dishwashers over time and this one is not a bad buy but it is somewhat disappointing. The general cleaning is ok if all dishes are well rinsed prior to washing. But the in-door utensils rack is awful. The utensils separator is pretty much useless since many utensils do not fit in the provided wholes. And if your utensils aren't completely clear of food particules, they will come out dirty and stained. NEVER buy a dishwasher with in-door utensils rack. May 31, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by needs a light Its impossible to know if the cycle is finished, without OPENING THE DOOR!! You should have a light on the OUTSIDE that ..lights up when the cycle is FINISHED!! ALSO, the silverware container should be larger, with interior slots that do not allow smaller items to get stuck. May 28, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by So Clean Dishes are absolutely spotless when done and the cycles are so quiet, it's hard to hear if it's cycling through its stages. Glad we purchased this product January 16, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Exceptional Dishwasher! This is an exceptional dishwasher. It is quiet and cleans better than we expected. We're not too wild about the silverware tray. Depending on where you place the tray, if you place long knives in front of the detergent door, it can sometimes prevent the door from opening fully. Other than this minor inconvenience, once you learn how to load the machine properly, it is an absolute joy to use. I also like the plastic retainer clips for holding down light weight plastic cups. I liked those clips so much, I ordered 6 more of them. Whirlpool only supplies 2. I wish they provided more. I highly recommend this machine! September 10, 2014
