Bottom line is it doesn't wash the clothes. Lid locks after starting so downey can't be added. Tenants won't use it. Buy Heubsch or Speed Queen

Had lots of issues with Home Depot online and phone ordering but finally got it here. Hooked it up and it runs with no problem. Seems to clean well. Had one issue with all the lights came on and it seemed to freeze. No idea why. Plugged the plug to reset it and has been working fine since then.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by owner DON'T BUY THIS WASHER; PIECE OF JUNK
This Whirlpool "commercial grade" washing machine is a piece of junk. I bought it 4 months ago and it has blown its control unit twice. I have probably wasted 15 hours of my time on the phone and meeting with Whirlpool techs to replace the control panel two times, so far. They totally refuse to replace the washing machine or to refund my money. Each time it breaks it takes 2 weeks and several appointments to get the part and to get it installed. Meanwhile my tenants are very unhappy about being unable to wash their clothes. All of this is very stressful. You will spend hours on the phone trying to get to the right department in Whirlpool. If you buy this, be prepared to have a backup unit available while this is broken. When the 1 year warranty runs out this unit will probably be heading to the landfill. The control panel unit costs approximately $300 to replace when it blows. It is the brains of the unit. The last one lasted 13 days. Also read the reviews about how it cleans clothes. And read the review about the lid lock which is also a bad feature. I would like to replace it with a Speed Queen unit which I think may be a lot better product for not much more money.

I had this washer almost a year now, and had to have it repaired three times. Waiting on repairman to repair it means it has not been used for a total of about a month and a half of the time I've owned it. Now yet again its broke, called today (6-24-14) for a repairman, my appointment is set for July 4th. I question with the holiday if they will show up or call and move it to another day like the repairman before. So very unhappy with this product.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by FrustratedinTX Bad investment. World's Biggest Paperweights.
Buyer Beware. These washers are horrible. They don't fill with enough water to get all the laundry wet, let alone allow them to agitate. Our guests have told us they won't even use them anymore. So I've not only wasted the $$ invested, I'm losing $$ each day they're not used. We've had service techs out here 5 times since October 2013 and each time they "recalibrate" the control board. We keep getting told "that's just the way they're designed." We've complained to Whirlpool and are trying to get them replaced.

Ordering at fairbanks Home Depot was fast and easy. First washer came in damaged but the ladies at customer service got me another one in. It just came in yesterday the ladies have set it up for delivery for me after I inspected for damage.
Just a shame you do not ship to alaska the ladies had to have this come in with their freight.
Fix the shipping problem. Alaska is part of the USA
