Rated 4.1 out of 5 by 161 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by The Perfect Fit I purchased my new whirlpool stack washer and dryer in March 2015, but it didn't get installed until early May 2015. I have a modified earth home, so storage space is limited. I previously had a separate washer and dryer, but they took up too much space. We had a Whirlpool stack washer and dryer put in my mother's home a few years ago, and she loves it, so I decided to give this a try. So far it has been great. Very functional, easy to use, and does a great job with the clothes. Plus it gave me extra room so that I could add a utility sink in the room. June 7, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Mostly happy with purchase I'm mostly happy with this washer and dryer. It cleans well and has all the options I need, But it sure is loud! I've read many reviews and a couple tips I read have helped me be happier, first if you leave the fabric softener dial on yes always, whether or not you use it, it will fill fuller for the rinse cycle. And second, I almost always use the delicate cycle to wash, it seems to agitate enough to clean your clothes, but is quieter than the normal or heavy duty cycles. The spin cycle also works really good, clothes come out of washer dryer than my old washer, so it takes less time to dry. Over all I'm happy, again, I just wish it wasn't so loud. May 12, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Noisey, but getting better. The delivery guys didn't level anything, in fact, they didn't bring a level with them. For the last two weeks I have attempted to level the machine. Prior to this it sounded like a 747 about to crash. Most recently the machine seems to be making less noise, that is until the brake kicks in to stop the machine from spinning. Then the buzzer goes off to let you know it has finished. This sounds very similar to my buildings emergency siren, so I quickly try to get everything together before making a dash to the stairway. It cleans well and seems to dry faster than the old one. So, far I think that I am getting it under control. I only wonder what the neighbors have heard. February 10, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Noisy Wash Cycle I bought this machine a month ago and I am not happy. It is very noisy during its wash cycle, but the other cycles are okay. Need to have a better mounting plus more insulation to minimize the noise. May 28, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Very noisy during wash cycle. Except that the machine need to have a better suspension for its motor and better insulation. Other than that, the rest of the cycle is okay and the dryer is just fine May 28, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Larger than expected We had a 24" at our Salon and what a difference the 27" makes. Much larger wash and dryer area. We have had this new machine for a month now and the dryer works great! We should be saving money with the quicker drying times. I do not like the fact the washer only fills half way (even set on large load) as a water saving feature. I would like to have the choice to control water level. So far the washer works great and is not noisy. I bought this model after reading several reviews. I even waited while it was on order. May 4, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Love it! I bought this washer dryer combo a month ago. It works great and is fairly quiet compared to my old unit. So far I am impressed with its capabilities. May 4, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Compact - excellent features Bought about 3 weeks ago - could not be happier with my choice. There are so many features -worth every penny, and priced very reasonably. Installation was fast. May 3, 2015
