I like its design. And it is quiet while filling water in the tank.

More complicated to install than regular toilets.
Parts have to be ordered, not carried local.
Product looks great works great, and ha a good price.

Slightly higher than a standard toilet. That was not expected but is preferred. We did need a plumber to move water supply line to one side since the toilet is smooth sided and hugs the wall.

Plumber had difficulty installing, though he is experienced as a commercial and residential professional. The flushing is very weak and sometimes needs to be flushed 2 or 3 times. Do not recommend to anyone. I chose this because it is lower than most toilets. Poor way to choose a toilet!

Compact, easy to install, working well but needs some adjustment of water level. As it's compact, the volume of water is not great.

You will need experience installing all in ones or a trusted plumber. The instructions had the wrong drill bit size listed for concrete. Should be 3/8 not 5/16

Really, as others report, find your magnifying glass before you try to read these directions. I also took two tries to get the layout right, which was daunting since this was installed on slate (which ate 2 drill-bits); but once installed, it was well worth it. The wife liked the smooth “easy to clean” design… (like the one time she ever cleaned a toilet), and we felt very proud to be “green” with the dual-mode feature. Then two weeks later I discovered we had a casting defect. It leaked.
I contacted Home Depot On Line Support, they listened and promised a replacement would be on its way. That simple. Three days later, I saw a truck pull up, saw a guy unload a container and take off. When I got outside, there was my replacement alright… in pieces! I couldn’t believe it, called Home Depot, dig this: no problem, we’ll send you another. It arrived before the weekend (intact), and checks out dry all around.
One more experience to report with the first unit: the tank quit refilling. I shut off the water supply to start investigation. On a hunch turned it back on without doing anything else. Bingo, that’s all it took, the tank began to refill. Happened once again a month later, same remedy worked again.
How can I vote Home Depot for President for the way they handled this? They have your back; and then they have your back.
