Customer Reviews

Rated 3.5 out of 5 by 19 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by cheap material this product is so flimsy and composed of cheap materials that it will not support the weight of the shoes. I have reconstructed it 3 times and it keeps leaning until the bottom floor pieces give in and the unit collapses or leans into clothing for support. April 3, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by This product does organize up to 40 pairs of shoes. While this organizer works fine I/we were disappointed. It claims to hold 50 pairs of shoes. My daughter set it up and it only holds 40 pairs of shoes. 50 must be for someone with really small feet. My daughter is 14 years old. Our other observation is it isn't "tight". It "wobbles" if you touch it. Thus my ratings. January 2, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by It was great in the beginning ... I bought this shoe rack after reading other peoples comments on it . It seemed perfect for what I was looking for and in the price range that I was willing to spend. I got the shoe rack and before I knew it, it had sat in the box for almost two months before I had the time to assemble it. After assembling the shoe rack which, was super easy and took about 10 mins (after you got into the swing of things). I put my shoes on it and took pictures to display my "work of shoe art". It was about 2 weeks after in the middle of the night i heard this loud cracking and I knew immediately what it was. The bottom base of the one side on the shoe rack was literally bending, NOT snapping, just bending from the weight ( some pretty indestructible plastic if you ask me). I had less weight than the shoe rack said it could hold on it. Needless to say I am super disappointed in this product and will seek attention from the company. December 30, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Waste of time and money! Had this set up for 2 days when it collapsed into itself and broke. I only had maybe 25 pairs of shoes on it. Don't waste your money on this useless pile of junk. September 27, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Well spent money! This shoe rack is a worthy investment made. It has mixed reviews stating lousy built. But, I listened to a reviewer who recommended tightening the screws with a hammer gently, so it has withstood the weight of my 50 of my shoes for the past 3 months now. The clutter is the closet is reduced. To top it, Home Depot has the best price for this shoe rack compared to everything available out there cause believe you me I am an avid thrifty shopper! The icing of the cake was free delivery to local Home Depot, saved me more money. This is a keeper and so is Home Depot!!!!!!! September 17, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great shoe rack! This shoe rack is great! Holds exactly 50 pairs of shoes like described. I wear a size 4.5/5 in women's shoes for reference. The instructions for putting it together was fairly simple. Although it is a little tricky trying to do it on your own so I'd recommend 2 people putting it together. And I'd also recommend pounding the bars in because they fall out of place during assembly very easily, but once it's put together it's pretty sturdy and I have no complaints. Great product and I'd recommend it to others. January 6, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Lasted 4 months. Difficult to assemble. After four months it started leaning and collapsed. Waste of money, don't believe the positive reviews. April 19, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by DO NOT BUY!! VERY FLIMSY. The horizontal rods provided were not the correct size. Some rods were longer than others, so the tower kept falling apart. Moreover, the two sides are made of cheap flimsy plastic that kept bending. July 26, 2014
