The dual temperature capability of this product is ideal for near term (< 3 months) wine serving, but can be modified for long term storage. Shelves are removable if you wish to store upright. Some basics about wine storage: wine should be stored long term at 55 deg F. However, wine is typically served at a different temperature depending on the type of wine. White wine should be served between 50-53 deg F while reds are between 57-62 deg F. So, if you are looking for long term storage, save your money and buy a single temperature fridge. Otherwise, a dual temperature fridge might serve your short term needs.

I bought this product to fit into my new cabinets. The size was the only good thing about it. I am on purchase #4. The first one had electrical problems. The 2nd one the door wasn't attached all the way. The 3rd one was damaged in shipping. The 4th one same problem as the 2nd. The door is not attached correctly. I am so frustrated. I had my cabinets built for this cooler and now I still have an empty space in the middle of my new cabinets. Too frustrated to try for a 5th. My husband now insist on just getting a small refridgerator for that area (not what I wanted) The other problem was the dual temp for the white wine not as cold as I would like it to be. It only goes to 46 degrees.

This is our first wine fridge. The unit is sleek, quiet, and works well. I do have some champagne and proseco in the fridge and although the bottles are a little big, they seem to fit ok with thin bottles on top of them. The only thing I didn't really consider is that we drink a lot more white wine than red so the bottom is full but the top is not. Maybe we'll buy more reds in the cold months to even it out. You can never have too much wine!

The Wine Cooler was easy to install in a narrow area. It maintains the proper temperature on both the white & red wines, and is more quiet that our previous cooler.

I love that this has dual zone cooling I can put red and white wine in same unit. This has a great look, you can see temp settings at all times, and it is not that big. It also has an interior light which looks great at night.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Verified Reviewer It does what it advertises to do and is surprisingly quiet.
I purchased this not knowing exactly what I should buy. I wanted a unit to store several bottles of wine I keep on hand not be too large a unit and have the option to chill white wines as well. This unit fit the bill. This unit ably keeps the temperature I have set and does it quietly. One caveat is the LED temp display is a bit bright in a dark room.

I bought this Wine Enthusiast cellar to replace an old, non-working cellar. I specifically wanted a thermoelectrically cooled cellar for its quiet operation as it was going to be just outside the master bedroom and near the open living room. The fridge came undamaged and was simple to unpack and set up. Although smaller than the old one, this one has two-zone cooling so I can keep my reds and whites at different specific temperatures. The reviews indicated that the racks can't be adjusted and the fridge won't take large wine bottles, such as Champagne bottles. I found the very bottom, below the last wire shelf, will hold three Champagne bottles easily. However, larger wine bottles placed on one of the metal shelves will lift the shelf above it, so the fridge is limited to standard wine bottles.
I like the front display, which shows the temperature for the two sections, and the temperatures are easy to adjust. When I checked the accuracy with an instant-read cooking thermometer, it indicated that the display reads a few degrees colder than measured. But it seems to maintain the temperatures constant, and returns to the set temperature quickly after closing the door when a bottle is removed or added to the fridge.
It has an internal light that can be turned on and off from the door panel, which is see-through on the top half, but it only lights the top half of the fridge, where the reds would be stored. The inside of the bottom half of the door has an insulated panel and, therefore, the white wines can't be seen from outside with the door closed.
Overall I'm very pleased with this wine fridge and look forward to filling it up.
