Purchased this cooler for a Christmas present for my daughter. Delivery was exceptionally fast and convenient, arrived undamaged. I really like the fact that it has two separate cooling compartment for two different temperature setting. It is very quiet, at first I did not think that it was running properly, but then the cooling fans came on, but had to listen closely to hear them. Really like the blue temperature lighting on the front and the internal blue light that can be turn on for view of the contents. I purchased this unit through Home Depot for two reasons, the price and I knew if I had any issues with it I could return it directly to them.

Love this wine cooler. It arrived six days after I placed the order, and it's exactly what we were looking for. It's a little deeper than other coolers I considered, and I'm glad about that because it does fit the longer white wine bottles. It's totally silent. It fits 24 bottles perfectly. The two zones are great. There's a blue light that can be turned on inside the cooler, giving it a really modern look. It's attractive; it's sitting right in our dining room and doesn't look like an eye-sore. Once we stocked the cooler with bottles, it cooled to the temps we wanted overnight. Highly recommend this cooler. Great purchase!

This product served my needs. However, the first one lasted about a year and a half, just past the warranty period, and then the electronic controls started malfunction. The cooler continued to cool, except all indicators were blacked out, nor could I set the temperature.
I purchase a new one, and now again at about the same time period, I hear a whirling sound. It sounds like the cooling unit is starting to go out.
I use my wine cooler and am disappointed in the possible loss. The price is within my budget, but not if I have to keep replacing the cooler.

I don't know about long term performance, but this wine refer is perfect so far. It arrived timely from Home Depot, chilled super quick, and holds the temperatures steady. I set if at 55 degrees for both the white and reds. BTW people, it is not intended to chill the whites to drinking temperature. It's just for optimum storage temperature!
There is not a peep of noise and it looks great. I use it as an end table in my living room (since my house is small) and it looks real classy. Because it was going to be in the living room rather than kitchen area, I opted for the all-black version rather than the one with stainless trim.
It easily fits the 24 bottles of my Calif wines.

Very happy with the cooler, it took about 24 hours to get the temp set where we wanted to once it was fully stocked. Only issue i have seen with the unit is the top section light does not stay lit. I turn it on, and after a few hours it is off. I don't know if this is a default setting, or some glitch. Either way it is not a deal breaker for me. I looked at another unit (DANBY) at a hardware store for double the price, the units were so cheaply made (plastic), I didn't buy. I am glad I went with this unit, all shelves are metal, I had no problem putting the max # of bottles in.

I'm on my second one of these units. First unit arrived and the LCD display for the lower section was faulty. Returned the unit to the store and re-ordered another. 2nd unit arrived and all was good until a couple of days ago when I noticed the LCD display and the buttons controlling the lower section (light, temperature) all were inoperative. Packing this thing up and taking back to Home Depot. At this time haven't decided to take a chance on a third unit or go an entirely different route. There's no Home Depot store in the city I live and it's an inconvenience returning this thing. I would be curious to learn how many of these units have been returned for defects. I'm of the opinion this brand is a lemon. Home Depot Customer Service has been great every time! That's the only bright spot to this saga.

We are having to return this cooler. Received a few days ago, and started beeping through the night. Have unplugged and plugged back in several times. When temperature selected, it beeps between 54 and 188 degrees, then stops with no temperature indicated. Emailed customer service at Wine Enthusiast to see if there was a fast fix, but did not receive a response. I like the cooler....too bad it doesn't work. I do not know whether to order same unit again or try a different one.

I had the unit shipped to Home Depot. The box looked undamaged, but the unit was smashed in on the back, the hinge cover was crushed and the plastic frame on the top door had a minor cosmetic crack. It looks like it was damaged at the factory. No internal components were damaged, so I straightened the damaged panels and plugged it in to test it. The lowest temp the top compartment could reach was 52 deg F and the unit runs constantly.
