24-Bottle Dual Zone Touchscreen Wine Cooler-DISCONTINUED is rated 3.9 out of 5 by 65.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Glad We Got It! Purchased this cooler for a Christmas present for my daughter. Delivery was exceptionally fast and convenient, arrived undamaged. I really like the fact that it has two separate cooling compartment for two different temperature setting. It is very quiet, at first I did not think that it was running properly, but then the cooling fans came on, but had to listen closely to hear them. Really like the blue temperature lighting on the front and the internal blue light that can be turn on for view of the contents. I purchased this unit through Home Depot for two reasons, the price and I knew if I had any issues with it I could return it directly to them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the look Very happy with the cooler, it took about 24 hours to get the temp set where we wanted to once it was fully stocked. Only issue i have seen with the unit is the top section light does not stay lit. I turn it on, and after a few hours it is off. I don't know if this is a default setting, or some glitch. Either way it is not a deal breaker for me. I looked at another unit (DANBY) at a hardware store for double the price, the units were so cheaply made (plastic), I didn't buy. I am glad I went with this unit, all shelves are metal, I had no problem putting the max # of bottles in.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great so far I don't know about long term performance, but this wine refer is perfect so far. It arrived timely from Home Depot, chilled super quick, and holds the temperatures steady. I set if at 55 degrees for both the white and reds. BTW people, it is not intended to chill the whites to drinking temperature. It's just for optimum storage temperature! There is not a peep of noise and it looks great. I use it as an end table in my living room (since my house is small) and it looks real classy. Because it was going to be in the living room rather than kitchen area, I opted for the all-black version rather than the one with stainless trim. It easily fits the 24 bottles of my Calif wines.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Value I bought the Wine Enthusiast 24-bottle 2 chamber wine refrigerator. I was able to save the $99 shipping cost by getting it through Home Depot (free ground shipping) rather than directly from the Wine Enthusiast. Pros: - Very quiet. (big plus) - Two separate temp chambers you can set at different temps for white and red wines. - Sleek black design. - Cools and circulates well. - Plenty of room for 24 bottles. - Well constructed. - Easy to read and adjust display. - Delivered within about a week. Cons (minor): - Each chamber has an internal blue light. It looks really cool when you turn it on, but it’s still difficult to see inside without opening the door. - Windows are very reflective, almost like a mirror, but that could be a pro or con, depending on your preference. I’d prefer a bit more visibility through the glass. All-in-all, it’s a great wine refrigerator and I’m very pleased with it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great! Love this wine cooler. It arrived six days after I placed the order, and it's exactly what we were looking for. It's a little deeper than other coolers I considered, and I'm glad about that because it does fit the longer white wine bottles. It's totally silent. It fits 24 bottles perfectly. The two zones are great. There's a blue light that can be turned on inside the cooler, giving it a really modern look. It's attractive; it's sitting right in our dining room and doesn't look like an eye-sore. Once we stocked the cooler with bottles, it cooled to the temps we wanted overnight. Highly recommend this cooler. Great purchase!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from replacement pending I received this fridge as a gift. It's glitchy from the very start. The touch panel on the top would not register after 10 min of inactivity (but works again after unplugging and replugging). 3 months later, the bottom compartment started beeping every 5 seconds with the display and interior light flashing non-stop. pending a replacement.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Looking And Quiet The fridge keeps a pretty steady temperature. There are blue interior lights (one in the top and the other in the bottom compartment) that do not help look at a wine bottle label; they are visually appealing.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Problem with Temperature Setting The 24 bottle 2 temp wine fridge was bought on-line from Wine Spectator through the Home Depot website. It arrived in good shape. Very attractive exterior w/ interior as advertised. When plugged in, the upper cabinet cooled to my setting (50 degrees for white wine) with no problem. I programmed the bottom cabinet for 60 degrees but it kept defaulting to 47 degrees. I unplugged the fridge for an hour and made several attempts to reset the digital temp control but it continued to default to 47 degrees. After an initial contact with the Wine Spectator customer service (technical) I was unable to get them to call me back. I returned the product to Home Depot which provided exceptionally good service regarding all aspects of the return. I purchased an alternative product (Edgestar 32 bottle cooler) due to concern that the cooling problem was a design defect. My rating of two stars was for poor customer service and the temperature defect. It was, otherwise, exactly what I wanted.
