Very nice looking wine fridge, it's quite and the temperature readings are accurate. It holds the specified number bottles unlike some other wine fridges. The only improvement I would make is to have ball bearing sliding shelves or anything else to reduce the friction when sliding out the shelf. The built in light is a nice feature to display your wine but it doesn’t light up much other than the top row. Those are minor complaints considering the other features. I do like that the shelves are metal instead of plastic like many others. Over all it's a great product and I don't regret my purchase.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Zyg46 Don't even think about to buy this wine cooler
I placed my order online before checking product reviews. The 48 bottle Dual Zone Wine Cooler aeeived on time and I requested the delivery person to assist in inspection of the cooler.
After unpacking theunit the right glass dor was broken out of hinges and pieces of broken plastic found on the bottom of carton! I refused accept delivery and cooler was taken back by delivery company truck.
I cancelled my order to prevent reshipping another unit. I lerned that in order to get good wine cooler you have to spend over $1,000 - don't try any cheeper.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Discouraged Arrived damaged 3x
I can't say anything about the functionality of the refrigerator, as it never got plugged in. We ordered this fridge 3 times and each time, it arrived damaged; once, the glass door smashed, and twice, the door swivel was crushed in and scraping metal on metal.
As each one was safely packed in what seemed like plenty of styrofoam, I can only guess that these problems (at least the door swivels, maybe not the smashed glass) occurred during handling at the factory.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Winerywoman Doesn't actually fit wine bottles!
I specifically looked for wire shelves, knowing that some wood shelves are tight on bottles. Not only did burgundy bottles not fit in at all, neither did hock bottles! The door wouldn't shut with Gewurz or Riesling in there. What a waste of time to think that a Wine Enthusiast wine fridge would actually hold mutiple types of wine.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by timmay55427 just what i wanted...
A friend recommended this brand to us. We love the fact that it's quiet. The only downside is that we purchase a good amount of pinot noir and the larger bottle size makes it difficult to get wines in and out of the shelves sometimes. All in all, a good purchase - fits for our needs. Definitely recommended.

Great product, silent and nice design. Great way to keep White/Rose/Champagne separated from the Reds. The only negative feedback would be that the top shelf is too close to the thermostat which makes it hard to add bottles on top. Other than that, I highly recommend it.

Shelves are designed for standard Cabernet Sauvignon bottles, but longer ones can be gotten into the bottom and larger diameters may require removing a shelf. Manufacturer (Vino Temp) was very responsive when an LED display light went out.

Good fridge. I like it. Holds all the bottles it says it will. However, the product is advertised as being silent and it is not. Also, fatter bottles (some chards, some pinots) don't fit in the normal racks and have to be placed in the bottom shelf.
