Paint

What type of paint should you use on the Primed option. It isn't sticking!

Thank you for your WinWorks Purchase. Here are the instruction for painting. Primer/Sealer Product Specification - High quality two-part enamel primer/sealer system - Provides sealed finish to protect composite wood substrate - Excellent adhesion properties - High resistance to all weather conditions - Colored to allow for easy top coating - Contact a customer service representative for MSDS sheet Field Applied Paint Options This sealed/primed version of our product is available to allow for field paint application. Our sealed/primed product is shipped with two coats to provide an adequate film for topcoat application. The following steps are recommended for coating. 1. Remove packaging from product 2. Scuff product lightly with a 3M® #07447 red pad or 600 grit sand paper to create of profile on the shutter surface 3. Vacuum or wipe dust off of product 4. Apply paint to product following the manufacturers recommendation on application, method, environment and mixing procedures.
