First time I tried this, it made me sick. It was very heavy on the palate, the aroma was very in your face and not in a good way. I tried this K-Cup multiple times with periods of time passing between to see if maybe I was just having an off day and it wasn't the coffee making me feel ill. No it was the coffee. I like a strong coffee but this one was just way too strong in a bad way. I don't know if it is the coconut in it or whatever the island twist is but I STRONGLY recommend you purchase a 5 pack sampler of this first because it is definitely not for everyone. We need better flavor descriptions. I bought this not knowing what it was supposed to be - there weren't any reviews at the time. Good thing the reviews are here now! I bought the sample pack and am on the third K-cup. It tastes a bit like a pina colada without the rum, pineapple and umbrella. I've brewed the medium and large sizes as well as made an iced version of it which was quite good. Running an iced version through the blender might be an option... I use 2-3 Splendas and 4 Land-O-Lakes Mini Moo's (1/2 & 1/2) which makes it easy to get consistent results on each cup. I like this flavor but I have to be in the mood for it. I wouldn't want it every day.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Marnie There coconut flavor in there?
This coffee is nothing that it claims to be. Perhaps I got a bad batch, but it was not delicious. Even if I had flavored creamers to add I don't believe it would have past for decent coffee. I was very excited to try this coffee. The second it brewed I knew it was awful. It had an old acidy smell, the taste was old, acidy and there was no hint of coconut or island anything. Just nasty coffee. Kind of a straight chicory with dollar store vanilla imitation. PLEASE, forget it said coconut or island and walk away. Don't waste your money. If you do buy it you will remember my post and say, I should have listened, lol.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Disbemsdee Great taste, poor packaging
A friend gave me a K-cup of this coffee and she said, "you will like this!" She was wrong, I love it. However, the side seal of quite a few K-cups has burst and grinds are dumped into the K-cup holder of the brewer and my coffee cup...clean is not easy & I use a coffee filter to pour coffee into another cup...pain! I recently purchased 2 boxes & when they're gone, I'll be buying Southern Pecan, which is so very similar in taste, until the manufacturer fix this sealing problem that burst using a K65 & mini Keurig brewers.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Gary Couldn't Finish It
First thing I noticed was how great it smelled. Then it was time for the taste test. I tasted/smelled what I thought was coconut but I didn't think this was a flavored coffee when I bought the sample pack so I looked it up on the Keurig site while sipping on my coffee. Sure enough it is flavored with a hint of coconut. The taste was a little bland but the aftertaste was more than I could handle. So after finishing half the cup I poured the rest down the sink. If you're into flavored coffee maybe you will like this one if you can tolerate the "chemical like" aftertaste.

I ordered the sample pack with my first order of K-cups and boy was I pleasantly surprised. It has incredible flavor: great coconut taste that's not too sweet and not artificial-tasting either. Also, I've found that many of the flavored coffees are usually very light. However, this is a great medium roast that's perfectly between sludge (bold) and flavored water (light). Plus, I LOVE how the aroma fills the place every time I brew this coffee! It puts an instant smile on my face because I know that I'm about to have a great cup of coffee! Paradise in a cup!

This coffee was an acquired taste. Brewed smooth and pleasant aroma but the taste to me was a little off and I thought jamacia would taste different. if you can get this in a sample pack first I just finished the box from last year and am hesitant to try wolfgang coffee again.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Trapped This smells horrible
This is a highly controversial flavor at my office. Apparently some people love it and keep asking for it to be reordered, but I have had several conversations with people who find the taste and smell awful. It has a nauseating, chemical-like, sickenly sweet odor that doesn't smell at all like coffee beans. I practically get a migraine when my coworker drinks it. Several other people agree with me that the smell is overpowering and revolting. I wouldn't recommend this if you are going to be in an environment where bystanders have to smell this.
