Rated 1 out of 5 by Not wood -- plastic junk If you want a bifold door that lasts more than 6 months, don't order "Wood Classics." They're not wood. This one, like the one I ordered in 2012, is made by Home Fashion Technologies, If you go to the manufacturer's website (which I just did), you'll find that they don't make WOOD doors -- they use plastic. And here's what happened to me -- the screws holding the hinges between the two bifold panels pulled out. I discovered, they were essentially screwed into air. I tried to fix the situation by inserting small pieces of wood into the screw holes and putting it all back together, but it came apart again and is now in two pieces, completely unusable. Complete junk. October 18, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by NOT white!! I ordered this door to match a door I purchased in store and the color was COMPLETELY different! It was more of a gray than white and it doesn't match at all. Very disappointed. September 23, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Odd sized door Needed a good door in the 28" width range and the local stores(Home Depot ect) didn't have in stock. Ordered, received quick and installed. Very Happy with the product. Unfortunately not happy my Credit Card info was stolen from them and had to dispute non home depot charges and cancel my account. September 16, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Not worth even a fraction of the cost I can not believe I paid $242.00 for these doors. They look cheap and hang cheap. Installation was not easy either. I wish I hadn't thought painting them might make them halfway acceptable because now I'm out a couple hundred dollars and still need doors for the laundry area! If I could have rated them lower I would have. Don't waste your time or money on this item! June 30, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Poor quality, arrived damaged This folding door set, while made of "wood", is cheap pine, with the frames constructed of 12" long finger-jointed pieces. It arrived with one broken finger joint, and I had to partially disassemble one door and glue the broken joint. Some of the hinge screws arrived broken, or stripped out of the wood, and the hinges were very cheap and barely moved. Basically I had to rebuild the door before I could paint and install it. To add insult to injury, my 24" door had to be special-ordered and cost nearly twice as much as a "wooden" 30" doorset which was in stock at the local store. March 27, 2012
