Door was very easy to install. It is vinyl so there is some "bounciness" to it but it is also very light weight. It is perfect for the application I need.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by JIMBOFLA Well built/good quality/buy online-pickup in store didn't go that well/had no hardware or components
I needed a white bifold door to replace a wooden closet door. Door was a bit expensive but didn't need painting and lacked hardware to install. Had to go back to store to get hardware and a neighbor helped me install the door. We had to trim off some from the bottom to clear the carpet but it seems well built. Because of the width, I had to order online for store delivery; wasn't sure I'd be home if they delivered it there. After I picked it up in-store, I did some more shopping and went to check out. Elizabeth, the cashier, tried to ring up the door. Even with my buy online/pick up in store documents, she said that it wasn't the right paperwork. I had to insist on getting someone else involved at the St. Cloud, Florida store who understood BOPUS (buy online, pick-up in store).

We bought this bifold door because we have 2 doors that (unfortunately) open back to back, and you always had to shut one to open the other. We were first impressed with the shipping container, the door came in perfect condition! This door is well made, and looks great. It was easy to hang; do need 2 people though. The only down side to the door was the knob. Though it looks nice, it is wood with a small brass insert for the screw. When we installed it, the knob pulled out of the wooden part. Though you could easily glue it back together, I just used another drawer type knob instead.
If you want a door that is nice looking and easy to install, I recommend this item. Big plus, the price is right too!

I replaced all my closet bifolds with these shutters doing so in two stages. There were 13 pairs of shutters in all. They look great, but no doubt they are plastic, flimsy, and cheap looking close up -- but then so are the narrow slat wood ones. Oddly the screws they include for installing the track have heads too big and they interfere with the sliders in the track, so I had to buy all new smaller head screws. And I also added plastic washers over the spring load buttons that go up into the track so they slide better. I have no idea why they'd include screws that they clearly have never tried to use themselves.
The worst was that I ordered a second order online when they were 15% off and free shipping, but just two days after I finished installing all of them, I was in my local Home Depot and discovered they now sell them in stock in the store -- and getting them there would have saved me over $300 on the total order -- even buying them at discount online. Previously they had told me at that same store that they were available online only. I'd suggest you check in your local store before spending more money online.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Crishwa1 Looks nice but they feel flimsy!
We bought two of these doors to replace the solid bi-fold doors on our laundry room that came with the house 17 years ago. They look fresh but feel flimsy. They are very lightweight and do not feel substantial at all. I feel like I have to baby them whenever I open and close them as they 'sway' because of the weight.

The doors are plastic. Upon unpacking the doors from the cartons, I was disappointed to see one of the doors has a small dent in it. Also, I was concerned they would not take paint, but they did.
Otherwise they are OK.
