This kit fixed the leaks with my 1967 Woodford Model 14 spicket's. Easy to replace and the only challenge was getting the old handles off, as they were very corroded.

My faucet would leak from the shaft of the handle. Tightening the packing nut didn't help much. I used the repair kit and the faucet does not leak at all. There's a you tube video that shows how easy it is to fix your faucet.

I really wished they would sell just the rubber parts so it can be cheaper. But this is the best kit I found on the web that should fix all types of leaks with this type of faucet.
Tips for install that I learned
- Remember to screw in the rod before trying to screw in the press nut
- Don't overtighten the press nut otherwise the turn handle is hard to turn when turning the water on/off
Overall this kit should fix your leaks, easy to install, and not a bad price for buying local.
Does not come with instructions, but there is a youtube video for it online.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Brian Repair Kit May Not Have All the Parts That You need
The repair kit is OK but the rod that holds the screw and waster that is needed to close and open the water supply is not included. I was unable to complete the repair on my first attempt because the old screw was damaged and could not be removed from the old rod. The rods come in various lengths and it is difficult to know what is needed before you begin the repair. The manufacturer carries a more complete repair kit with multiple rod lengths -- in other words, everything needed for the repair including all the pieces in the 7-piece kit. Although the manufacturer's more complete repair kit is slightly more costly, this option will save you time and headaches in the long run.

Excellent replacement parts. It would be more cost effective if you could just buy the single parts verses the whole kit though. Sorta stupid to buy the handle when the old one isn't broken. Installation was easy with the help of YouTube.
