CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 4.3 out of 5 by 21 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great brush The brush does a nice job laying down the paint and when dry looks nice. The brush is easy to hold onto and use. Didn't realize there are different brushes for oil and latex, what a difference when you use the right one. With a bit of mineral spirits it cleans fairly easy and will be ready for the next time. Impressed with the over all quality of the brush. April 17, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good brush Good brush, but some bristles fell off in the beginning of painting. March 15, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Brush For Polyurethane Very nice wooden handle brush with bristles trimmed to keep brush marks to a minimum. I tried the brush out on poly and it did an outstanding job. Lots of bristles that hold a really good load of polyurethane and they are very fine so you get a nice smooth finish with no brush marks. The brush is over 12 inches long giving you a little extra reach and has a hole in the end of the handle for storage. If you want a quality finish this is your brush. Please view the attached photo of this very nice brush. September 8, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by good brush I used this brush to lay down 3 coats of polyurathane on some freshly stained stairs. the brush stayed pliant between all three coats by wrapping the bristles in a plastic bag. September 8, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by DON'T BUY IT This brush is expensive and difficult to use. From now on, I'm only buying the nylon brushes. May 19, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by pay for what you get Needed a good paint brush for the exterior door project. Well more like a honey do, Nag, Nag, Nag....got to love them. Anyway, I finished with the project and the brush didn't loose any bristles like the cheap models, the hair bristles were all intact after a few coats, even after I would clean it with mineral spirits for some other trim applications. Good review with this brush, but then again I did pay ten dollars more for it. The long run on this product would be, once you finish with it clean up is easy and the brush looks like I never used it. This brush will last if you take care of it. I would recommend this product for purchase price. GE December 10, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Send em back, go back to Purdy I was a little surprised to see Home depot not carrying the oil based purdy's anymore. I figured if these were good enough for a full replacement they must be good. They would work ok if you just needed to slop some stain on something but there are not high enough quality for finish work. Like polyurethanes, and Varnishes. January 13, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good for varnished finishes Good quality, must clean well for it to last. Even with good brush cleaners takes a long time to clean February 17, 2015
