Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by rbd49509 Looks good, but height control is a bit off
Light arrived in great time, compared to estimate of delivery. The installation went smoothly, but the way they engineered the height adjuster to the base causes the globe to be noticeably tilted. After a little fiddling around, got it better, but still looks (and with a level measures) off.

I love this and used it in two places in a high ceiling , 100 year old home. It looks great in the kitchen and the library, and the long stem will make it easy to change bulbs.

We are lovingly tackling the restoration of our 1890's farmhouse over the past 10 years and are working on the kitchen now. "Schoolhouse look" period light fixtures have been in my plan for years and I'm thrilled to have found these fixtures at such a wonderful price, as I thought I'd have to spend at least $199 for each! We have already purchased and installed from Home Depot cape cod wainscotting paneling and unfinished stock cabinets for the work area and island (we painted ourselves and they look custom!), and put together a beautful 4x9 foot island (using the Waddell turned legs to elevate the island). These pendant lights will be the crowning detail completing my kitchens 1890's vintage look.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Gilver The style is great, the quality isn't...
You can adjust the lights in the middle, but it slides so that you cannot stabilize the height. My shade also came with some black marks on it that I cannot get off. The lights are already up and I'm regretting not buying something higher quality...
