Is this suitable for outdoor use on a covered patio? (We have a roof, but no screening around the sides of the patio.)

I've seen lights like this in restaurants, etc. and when I recently thought about trying to fill the space above my front door - I thought it would work. And it did!! I love the look and the ease of install (pre-wired for a current can light) was right up my alley. I am really happy with the purchase and would absolutely buy another. Easiest light fixture hang ever.
